Val Venis comes out to insincerely apologize to Kaientai for targeting Yamaguchi's wife. He cuts to a clip of his latest video - Land of the Rising Venis, and Yamaguchi's wife (and underage model) is the co-star!

For whatever it's worth, Wikipedia and wrestlingdata put Mrs. Yamaguchi at 22-23 when this went down. Phase 1 of an angle that will get repeated over, and over, and over.
