HHH does his famous interview throwing in profanity and referring to the curtain call incident at MSG to set up Summerslam.

This is kind of an odd over-telegraphed "this guy's gonna get a push now" moment like Bagwell had with Piper a couple months earlier.

Lots of current day HHH talking points in this interview.. Also a Russo staple with the profanity. It's weird to see them talk about Summerslam when Fully Loaded is happening the same night as this interview.

It's very Russo with the shooting and the swearing. I'm sure the IWC at the time would've loved stuff like this. HHH is starting to feel like a lower main eventer rather than an upper midcarder now.

Crazy to see how much in this show they used Heat to really push what was the direction going forward between the countdown and this promo. It is a good, shoot style promo with HHH getting aggressive and looking like a main event player.

HHH begins to set up his new character. "You want me to shoot with this interview? I'm gonna [bleep]in' shoot with it." Yeah, Russoriffic all right. He refers to himself as "The Game" for perhaps the first time. "My time" is also said.
