Charles Robinson, who has been playing it straight for months on Nitro since Flair's Presidency ended, is now smirking and holding up signs for Sid. Sid vs Goldberg has been signed for Havoc, but they can't have any physical contact before the match or it's off. Sid's attention is split between Goldberg and Booker T, his opponent on this show.

Charles isn't only smiling, he's wearing Sid's US title. Usual Sid rambiling promo and he's now 99-0. So lame.

The Robinson stuff didn't fit and was an odd tonal shift. At least Sid didn't make himself look like a complete fool in this promo even if his attention is divided.

I actually think Robinson was being Sid's lackey and a straight-up referee at the same time, to show you just how adrift this company was. The sound was too quiet for me to pick up on much of what Sid said and I couldn't be bothered to change volumes, but he makes threats towards both Goldberg and Booker T.
