I hated The Rock at the time and really enjoyed this and thought it was overdue. Foley wrote in his book that he held on to anger for months over Rock not checking on him after their Rumble match and that pent up anger sort of let itself out here. Quote

He shuts down The Rock so effectively and brutally here that he actually gets the crowd cheering for him. A must-see segment, partly for Foley's performance and partly because it's so rare to see Rock just completely destroyed verbally. Quote
