Matt D Posted March 22, 2016 Report Posted March 22, 2016 Why are you people watching good wrestling? It messes up the gimmick.
Ricky Jackson Posted March 22, 2016 Author Report Posted March 22, 2016 Luck of the draw. Sometimes 80s WWF wasn't a total wasteland of crap Anyway, Iron Mike Sharpe vs SD Jones makes up for it by being a contender for worst match seen on Mystery Titans
Eegah Posted March 23, 2016 Report Posted March 23, 2016 Great show guys, card was enjoyable outside of the Sharpe/SD match. Finish would have been better if Sharpe would have just gone with the flow and kept his feet on the ropes. Main Event was a lot of fun. On the midget talk, they would never offer hour long time slots, itd have to be half off.
landy1987 Posted March 23, 2016 Report Posted March 23, 2016 Great show again guys, glad my video could be of good use, although I wasn't expecting this one to be included as its not that bad of a card!
Ricky Jackson Posted March 23, 2016 Author Report Posted March 23, 2016 Thanks for the upload. Yes, this card was almost too good. Next time I feel like we need to dig something up from the 70s to bring us back to our true, crappy roots
landy1987 Posted March 23, 2016 Report Posted March 23, 2016 I put up a 1979 Spectrum card on my channel a few days ago if that'll be any good? SD Jones vs the COLOMBIAN JAGUAR was a highlight 😂
conker8 Posted March 23, 2016 Report Posted March 23, 2016 I will watch that video later but I remember a good Terry Funk show from that card.
Ricky Jackson Posted April 17, 2016 Author Report Posted April 17, 2016 Kelly and Johnny return to the Sensational Seventies and NYC for a card during the red hot summer of '77. It was a night of truly magnificent fashion and amazing hair all around. The matches are fun as hell and the laughs are plentiful, so check it out!
van_Fair Posted April 17, 2016 Report Posted April 17, 2016 Oh sweet a new Titans theater that is a welcome unexpected birthday present.

van_Fair Posted April 17, 2016 Report Posted April 17, 2016 After seeing that Patera hair I kind of want to change my ballot and put him Nr 1. That is magnificent.
Ricky Jackson Posted April 17, 2016 Author Report Posted April 17, 2016 It may have been the greatest collection of hair in wrestling history that hot summer night at MSG in 1977
Karl Posted April 17, 2016 Report Posted April 17, 2016 Another highly enjoyable show and one where I enjoyed every match.....not sure if I need medical attention or not. Kudos on the good work!
JerryvonKramer Posted April 17, 2016 Report Posted April 17, 2016 Going to catch up on these soon. Grateful to Johnny and Kelly for flying the flag while I'm in GWE-induced slumber.
Karl Posted April 17, 2016 Report Posted April 17, 2016 On the Titans TV playlist there is an absolutely brilliant promo for a MSG podcast. Any info on that, or have I missed something elsewhere?
Eegah Posted April 17, 2016 Report Posted April 17, 2016 That was a super fun card. The crowd was molten, I loved the tag match, Graham/Putskin and of course Patera/Bruno.

Any info on that, or have I missed something elsewhere?I thought I didnt put the trailer on Titans TV yet, but yes I'm debuting a solo MSG history podcast in May Oh wait yes, it would be on the home page
Ricky Jackson Posted April 17, 2016 Author Report Posted April 17, 2016 That was a super fun card. The crowd was molten, I loved the tag match, Graham/Putskin and of course Patera/Bruno. The Larry Z and Tony vs Scicluna and Steele tag may have stole the show. I loved it

I loved it Garea took that ass beating like a king. Steele and the Baron were vicious in it, that match ruled!

Ricky Jackson Posted May 21, 2016 Author Report Posted May 21, 2016 Mystery Titans Theatre Friday Night Double Feature!!! First up, Parv returns, and he is joined by Kelly for a look at the October 21, 1984 WWF card from Maple Leaf Gardens. Marvel at some truly dreadful matches, the cause of the black wrestler (or is it "black wrestler", who the fuck knows) being set back several decades, and Andre the F'N Giant taking flight! Next, Kelly and Johnny head to the City of Brotherly Love for a crazy card from August 4, 1984. Fantasy booking dominates--Backlund as a punk at CBGB's, the Freebirds lasting longer than a month, and the phenomenon of Chungermania running wild and unbridled!
Ricky Jackson Posted May 21, 2016 Author Report Posted May 21, 2016 Audio on the Philly card is off. I'll try and fix it as soon as possible
Goodear Posted May 21, 2016 Report Posted May 21, 2016 If you mean that the audio for Gorilla is as loud as you guys are, then yes, it is off. If not, could you try and lower the announcer audio? It's like listening to the radio and television broadcast of a football game at the same time.
