sek69 Posted June 19, 2006 Report Posted June 19, 2006 As I recall, Doug Gilbert was fired pretty much as soon as he walked out of camera range and Jerry Lawler had to beg the station not to cancel their program for having a guy talk about smoking crack and raping 13 year olds on what I believe was still a Saturday morning TV show. Of course, wrestling being as carny as it is, Doug was back working with Lawler (and Brian Christopher) as late as 2003.

Yeah, the Sheik suffered really horrible burns on that one. How old would the Sheik be in 92? He'd have to be in his late 60s/early 70s I think.
