kevinmcfl Posted March 27, 2019 Author Posted March 27, 2019 Those are left out until someone either takes over WWF or certain wrestlers from WWF leave and go to another promotion. If they reach 10% in a given year, they will become eligible for our draft. This rule has allowed us to bring people in with a nice roster where they have kept interested. Â
