Looks like we're getting Ziggler & Roode vs the Mysterios at Wrestlemania Backlash.

I love how it seems like Ziggler & Roode seemingly went into business for themselves by naming their team the Dirty Dawgs since WWE looks like they are going out of their way not call them that.

Good, they shouldn't call them that.

Maybe I'm old school but I always prefer regular teams to have names instead of just "Wrestler X and Wrestler Y".  Yeah Dirty Dawgs is kind of a dumb name, but then again so is Dolph Ziggler.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I get the impression that Ziggler and Roode are trying to create something with "Dirty Dawgs" after being tossed together because creative had nothing for them as singles, but they're too good not to be used. Kinda like Pillman and Austin in WCW. Dirty Dawgs is not a great team name, but they've gotten matching gear and are trying to get the team over. I dig it.

Yeah I see Roode and Ziggler as just that. Guys who are trying to make chicken shit into chicken salad. It would be so easy for them to just phone it in right now, but they are trying to do something. Dirty Dogs will get a bigger reaction from the crowd than the team of Ziggler and Roode that are clearly just collecting pay checks. Both has been bores of the years and i don't think anyone will argue that Ziggler is well past his expiration date. But again, I appreciate the effort and they have delivered something that is somewhat, and I must emphasis the word 'somewhat', entertaining nonsense. If one or both are released this year, they at least tried.
