KawadaSmile Posted June 5, 2023 Report Posted June 5, 2023 Click for a great Brazilian song Spoiler Also, the Roman segment last Friday did was watched by nearly 3 million viewers. Acknowledge. Quote
sek69 Posted June 5, 2023 Report Posted June 5, 2023 The Riverhounds beat another MLS team in the Cup, and have won 4 league games in a row. They even managed 6100 people in a stadium that currently is only set up for 5000. Once again they seem to be the superior football team in PIttsburgh. Quote
sek69 Posted June 5, 2023 Report Posted June 5, 2023 Also Smackdown has been so great that Raw almost seems redundant at this point. It's not that Raw has been terrible, there's just nothing compelling going on. Quote

Columbus and New England are upper mid card MLS teams and we beat them both. Plus New England plays in the Patriots' stadium so seeing a Pittsburgh team actually win there is always great. Quote
sek69 Posted June 6, 2023 Report Posted June 6, 2023 Tiffy gonna start the next boom period for women's wrestling in NXT Quote
sek69 Posted June 6, 2023 Report Posted June 6, 2023 oh dang, KC getting that money match right out of the gate Quote
sek69 Posted June 6, 2023 Report Posted June 6, 2023 Miz marking out for Cody's entrance had me rolling Quote
KawadaSmile Posted June 6, 2023 Author Report Posted June 6, 2023 Cody and Dom? Super fucking heat, bubbas. And The Miz is there too, so it's a trifecta of masters of the craft. Quote
sek69 Posted June 6, 2023 Report Posted June 6, 2023 Funny how the heat Dom is getting reminds me of the heat Papa Eddie and Art Barr got in AAA back in the day. Quote
KawadaSmile Posted June 6, 2023 Author Report Posted June 6, 2023 Dom is fucking amazing, man. He just flipped a switch and became one of the greatest heels in wrestling. Quote
sek69 Posted June 6, 2023 Report Posted June 6, 2023 Always love to see former Pirates prospects like Veer having success Quote

KawadaSmile Posted June 6, 2023 Author Report Posted June 6, 2023 Great damn episode. Is WWE back? Quote

Yet I still think it is Vince's show and HHH hasn't proven anything creatively. Hunter seems very good at managing the talent and public relations. Quote
NintendoLogic Posted June 6, 2023 Report Posted June 6, 2023 It's one more for the bad guys as the PGA Tour has agreed to merge with LIV Golf. I suppose it was only a matter of time after Sami Zayn bent the knee. Also, WOR reported today that Cody/Brock III is set for Summerslam and the match will have a stipulation we haven't seen in a while (so not Hell in a Cell). Any guesses on what it might be? Quote

I can't believe they are going for the Coal Miner's Glove match! Quote

MLB Posted June 7, 2023 Report Posted June 7, 2023 Cody wanted to work a dog collar match and Brock said no. Quote
sek69 Posted June 7, 2023 Report Posted June 7, 2023 Started NXT a bit late, as it was Cup match day for the RIverhounds. Sadly the clock finally struck midnight, but it was against the #1 team in MLS right now so there's no shame in that. I don't think anything could have got me into Baron Corbin in NXT, but his motivation basically being "you NXT guys got uppity when Vince wasn't around" sure wasn't going to do it. Quote

sek69 Posted June 7, 2023 Report Posted June 7, 2023 I'll admit Corbin is the "irredeemable shithead" type of heel I generally enjoy, but I've never not wanted to aggressively ignore something he's involved with. Quote
