At first, SRS from Fightful reported the injury was a storyline but retracted himself later. So yeah, looks like Rey's injury was legit. Likely a concussion.

I don't even think he's supposed to do a stunner, it's more like a DDT where the opponent is supposed to take to move with that "spike" bump?

 

But LA Knight 100% should be a mid-tier champ by now. At least have him feud for the belt, as Theory is a non-factor in every single feud he's in and he's been holding that title belt for fucking ages.

I'm pretty sure that rumor has been dispelled. It came from Ringside News, of course it was gonna be false.

The BFT is a snapmare driver, not a stunner. To be honest, I'm not really a fan because it's entirely up to the opponent to make it look good. It looks devastating if they do a headstand bump, but it looks like a botched RKO if they take it on their knees.
