That finish by Earthquake was devastating

Hmmmm I wonder what Frenchy was doing out there

Tito and Berzerker keep their feud going.

Right on! I got to see the Ultimate Warrior defend his title against the Raging Bull. This just seemed like a fun match for the house shows.

You can never go wrong by booking a patriot against the Iron Sheik. Big win for Ross, which is followed by another big win for America in the tag match

Slick was smart to be on his best behavior

The Rhodes get a nice satisfying win in a grudge match

Haku rebounds well from his KOTR defeat

The fans got to see some great finishers from Jake and Demolition

Duggan battling Bravo for the IC title will be money

Really good house shows here.

Nice to see Hase get some TV exposure

The War Zone is back and what a war it will be.

SK gets the win but Genius gets the mask. I've said how much I've loved this feud and I can't wait for the blow off at SNME

The issues between Slick and Brown could explode into something big for the WWF

Haku wins the battle of the Islanders.

With the current storylines going, SNME should be a big hit

Looking forward to SNME!

Great job with all the house shows.  These are very realistic and what still brought in so much of the money in 1990.  Are you using the real WWF schedule or just randomely picking places?

Silver King seems to be getting a nice push here.  I don't know too much about him but will go back and take a look.  Nice job with him.

I'm using wrestlingdata.com for the schedule.

I love your descriptions for the squash matches. Puts an entertaining spin on a routine match.

Jake always gave the best ominous promos

Dusty's gathering his squad. Excited to see who the 4th man will be.

The Rougeau's continue to crack me up.

Fun main event. Nice touch by having Brown shun Snuka's handshake. Totally his character.

SNME is shaping up to be a must see event!

I love the promos Tito and Berzerker have cut on each other. It's going to be a fight.

Silver King shoots back at Genius with some witty humor

It's cool seeing Snuka and Andre teaming up at this point in their careers. They might be passed their primes but they're still big time names.

Whoever Vader's opponent will be at Summer Slam, I feel sorry for him

Don't worry, you'll find something for Hase to do.

The Outlaws get the advantage in the War Zone

I can't wait for SNME! These matches have been built up so well.

Spoilers: Top WWE Legends Being Contacted For Surprise Returns At Saturday Night's Main Event

July 19, 1990

Albert L. Gutterson Fieldhouse in Burlington, Vermont.

Live on NBC

We get our now customary series of promos. The Genius recites a poem about removing masks and revealing truths. Tito Santana promises to put up a fight worthy of the Gods. The Rougeaou's vow to make Canada proud. Bad News says Nailz is gonna curse the day he was let out of lockup. Dusty Rhodes says his Dream Team will make sure no Texas Outlaw leaves the War Zone!

Hair vs Mask match.

Silver King defeats The Genius after dodging the "Honor Roll" and trapping Poffo in a "La Miagistral". Poffo was struggling and squirming something fierce as they put him in the chair and took the clippers to him.

The Berzerker w/Bobby "The Brain" Heenan defeats Tito Santana via countout. As the two were brawling on the floor, Santana looked to go for a bulldog but Berzerker shoved him off and he ran into the ring post. A big boot puts Santana down and Berzerker is able to beat the count.

Before the next match, the camera turns to an empty seat with a reserved sign on it. We've seen it a couple of times tonight and now we finally see the sign being moved and the seat is taken by.....SHERRI MARTEL!!

The Rougeaou's come down waving the Quebec flag as per usual. The parade around the ring until The Commonwealth comes down to the ring. The Rougeaou's and Martin clear the ring. Dynamite Kid takes the mic and says they've already taken one set of tag titles from the brothers might as well go 2 for 2.

"WWF Canadian Tag Team Championships"

The Fabulous Rougeaou Brothers (Jacques & Raymond)(c?) w/"Le Commandant" Frenchy Martin defeated WWF United States Tag Team Champions The Commonwealth (Dynamite Kid & Chris Benoit) when Jacques pinned DK with his feet on the ropes.

Bad News Brown defeats Nailz w/"The Doctor of Style" Slick after escaping "The Good, the Bad & the Ugly" and hitting the "Ghetto Blaster". The fans are going crazy as Brown gets his hands on Slick who looks like a rabbit who just spotted a grizzly bear. Brown's about to tear him up when.....

The One Man Gang (Wrestling) - TV Tropes

THE ONE MAN GANG IS BACK! He looks bigger and badder than ever and he's pounding away on Brown. He whips Brown into the corner and absolutely crushes him. Brown falls in a heap but OMG isn't done. He drags Brown's carcass to the center of the ring and hits the big "747"...and a second....and a third. He looks to be going for a fourth but security finally work up the nerve to get in the ring

Before the main event, we see a promo package for SummerSlam which will air live on pay Per View August 17th from historic Fenway Park in Boston!

Howard Finkel breaks down the rules for the main event. Each team will send its members in one at a team. The first stage will last 5 minutes with all subsequent stages lasting 2. Once all 8 men are in the War Zone the match can only be won by pinfall, submission or surrender.

War Zone Match!

Order of entry

Manny Fernandez & Dustin Rhodes enter first.

Dick Murdoch

Jim Duggan

Black Bart

Billy Jack Haynes

Terry Funk

Dusty Rhodes

Cut to the end....it's total chaos. Pretty much everyone is bleeding. The Texas Outlaws have Dusty handcuffed to the ropes. Murdoch Bart & Fernandez are holding off Haynes & Duggan. Funk has a bullrope around Dustin's neck and has him in a Camel Clutch position. The kid won't quit. Funk is frustrated and grabs the branding iron. He's posed to drive it into Dustin's chest when Dusty starts freaking out shouting....HE SURRENDERS! Earl Hebner rings the bell and quickly places himself on top of the semi-conscious Dustin just in case Funk gets any ideas. Show ends with the Outlaws celebrating while a distraught Dusty check on his son.

Genius getting his hair clipped was the perfect blow off to a very entertaining feud

Berzerker looked like a monster putting Tito down with the boot

Sensational Sherri has arrived!

The Rougeaus back up their talk. These guys have been heat magnets and I'm loving every minute of it

Brown gets the win but damn did he take a beating afterwards! Awesome way to bring back OMG!

The fans don't go home happy but did get to witness one heck of a fight. I liked the finish, which was very realistic. Big win for the Outlaws.
