I don’t even know where to start. Some of the assertions in the filing are just…wow. And there are factual inaccuracies as well.

I just don't understand, aside from a potential six or seven-figure pay-off, what Nemeth is thinking he might gain here.

And, against the Khans' lawyers, I don't even think that pay-off is guaranteed.

Meanwhile, his name is now mud in both AEW and the WWE and will have a reputation as someone who will sue you if he thinks you're not booking him enough or meddling in his affairs.

The verbiage in his lawsuit is genuine comedy.

This is less a lawsuit than a fan fiction. But I mean, he's a comedian, and he probably made CM Punk and Tonk Khan laugh at the same time, so from that point of view, that's a win.
