I think people have under valued the idea of a joint share agreement anyway. Some guys, even really good ones, are only going to have value for 3-6 months and then you need to move them on.

I could see Stomper not appealing to you, and for Southeastern he's not really a guy you would need full time. He is a nice 1-2 month feud for Bob Armstrong though. You could have always limited yourself to what you felt was the appropriate amount of guys and then you could have taken them all so early you would have had like your perfect all star Portland roster. I suspect Boon won't go to 24 man roster.

That list is spurious, if you are thinking Kevin Sullivan he is not out there. Not sure why he's never gotten changed. There is one OTHER big name, somewhat related to his name that I could see fitting also.
