I dont know, watching it back now, I think its kinda different and enjoyable...sure its a direct take from Batman, but his most famous character was a direct ripoff too....they just destroyed that one in like 4 weeks on TV in late 97 and early 98..at least this one lasted... ITs one of the only things I have really enjoyed from TNA from start to finish after being lead on several times only to be let down a TON!! Aces and Eights, I am calling you!

YES!! I cant wait to listen to this....I have been slowly watching more and more lucha matches here and there and starting to enjoy some parts of it... As for La Parka....a match I thought I'd love but really didnt as it never really got goin (but it was a fight, which I think is what is was supposed to be so that would make it good) was La Parka vs. LA Park from Triplemania a few years ago... Cool shit....but where can you get a primer or a rundown on the yearly feuds and angles from the past to the present? That woudl help a ton!

You beat me to it...this one doesnt get enough love and talk, but its a damn fine match without a HUGE HIAC fall or moment....and because HHH won, that will take some immediately out of liking it due to his VERY unpopular status in the IWC. 25 minutes and a couple years backstory make it even better....No more Steph involved..just the two in bascially their blow-off...Best HHH - Jericho match to eme Others: IYH Buried Alive 96 opener vs. Austin is really good and worth a rewatch, forgotten as it was a meaningless match to keep Austin building and was HHH's last doghouse match before being put into IC Title the next night and growing from there, but the match is really good. May '96 match vs. Shawn on RAW was way better than it should have been, with Shawn as WWE Champ giving a TON to his buddy as HHH is about to head into his summer in the shithouse 12/14/98 WWf Title match vs. Rock on RAW was good with Test Debuting at the end...but a good match from A GREAT RAW with HHH / Rock / Shawn interracting with the great Corporate Shawn line to Hunter "He's NEVER been a main eventer, he's only hung out with them..." Followed by "Hit MY Music" for the DX Theme....

There NEEDS to be podcasts focusing ONLY on Puro in the 80's - 90's - 2000's with some knowledgeable people and some not knowledgable people that can ask questions…or no questions and just the breakdowns... Either Yearly in all promotions or by promotion (shorter but more) with details of the big matches and feuds and things to look for. I think folks would LOVE to have it.. AND I know the yearly podcasts for 90 and 91 were done and REALLY good, but detail for only puro would be fantastic...
