Rusev is the top heel in the company in actuality

Name names. Who are these people who will never be happy? I was probably as critical of the show as anyone in the thread - maybe more so. And I am a guy who has praised the in ring product of WWE more consistently than anyone here other than maybe Sorrow, and even then some of the things I've said (WWE over the last ten years has produced more quality wrestling than any other promotion in history by a massive margin) are things I am not sure even he would agree with.

I love Anarchy. Shaun Tempers is one of my favorite heels in wrestling.

Despite watching all the SMW a few years back, where he was arguably the best worker in the history of the promotion (it's between him, Smothers and Morton), I really hadn't even thought of Anthony for this until the other day. But going through my SMW reviews and then watching a bunch of his Continental work this weekend, I really feel like he's got a very good shot of making my ballot. The big knock on him will probably be that he doesn't have the long laundry list of great matches, but he is also a guy who's performances always stand out even in otherwise middling matches. He's a very underrated bumper, and is one of my favorite guys ever when it comes to taking simple offense and making it look great. There have been a lot of good Southern style brawlers over the years, but I honestly think Anthony is one of the better guys working that style. Perhaps not in the absolute top tier, but easily in the tier two, and Southern brawlers are likely to be well represented on my list. I also give him extra points because he was able to act as a sort of episodic television anchor/standard which is something I really value because it's not easy. He has matches with Tim Horner, Smothers, Prichard and others that I legitimately love, and I also think he was a great tag worker. Plus he as great as both a face and a heel. One of my favorites of the early 90's all things considered.

I think Lane is a guy that has become underrated. I'm not going to pretend that he's someone I have considered seriously, but it's worth remembering that he was one half of two of the best tag teams of modern era, and was also one half of very good Heavenly Bodies tag team. I haven't watched the Fabs stuff in a long time, but I don't remember there being a consensus about who was the better of the two in that team, and that is a very highly regarded team around here. If someone wanted to argue that the Del Ray/Prichard, Condrey/Eaton version of the other teams were better I certainly wouldn't disagree, but it's not as if Lane wasn't in an awful lot of good matches teaming with Eaton and Dr. Tom. I remember being shocked by how much I liked his match with Pre-Cobra, Cobra from early 80's New Japan, but I'm not sure if that was a one off or not. In any event, it seems wrong to completely dismiss a guy who was consistently a part of some of my favorite matches, in what is arguably my favorite kind of wrestling (southern tags) for close to ten years straight.

He might be my WOTY in WON, but not most outstanding

Confused as to why Snowden is posting in this thread still. Maybe he's no longer suits for PWO and he should move on.

Since clown has taken to overt trolling here, I'll return fire by noting he's basically paid to shill for the WWE on the regular. This is what access buys you.

Best part of the whole night was the R-Truth Network promo being the first thing you see after the Bray outro
-
This is what we have to look forward to with the Network and with special attraction champion Brock Lesnar. Get used to this feces.

What a great ppv to go the full three hours on and what a great finis to it! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA. Get me the shovel I"m burying this pile of shit on the P2BN post-show

This reeks of Attitude Era style main event.

"We're all gonna die tonight."

AJ v. Paige probably would have been okay if it weren't in the shit slot right before the main. They worked hard and it was a decent match, but even the good spots had little chance of getting over with that card placement
-
Man if they steal my idea and have Ryback be the avenger v. Rusev I will mark out for a thousand days
-
I actually liked the finality of the finish. It takes balls to put someone over that strong
-
Rusev saves the day again. Best over all act in the WWE by a wide margin.
-
I really hope they are building to Jim Duggan working a Miss Atlanta Lively gimmick to counter Lana
-
Best things on the show so far have been The Bellas match and the acting of Damien Sandow. Incredible
-
I like Mizdow so I enjoyed that segment for what it was, but I really hope Sheamus moves on. He's the best worker on the roster at this point and this feud really isn't conducive to producing memorable matches
-
I actually think there is a decent chance Ambrose loses after having a Foley moment where he comes of the cage/through the cage
-
I am literally laughing my ass off at the finish of Cena and Orton. They go almost 26 minutes and have the staple Cena match. The crowd seemed almost suicidal when Cena kicked out of the spot with the table in the corner. The whole match felt like an elaborate troll of hardcore fans.

The worst part about the Dust Brothers gimmick is that we could be getting Dustin and Cody the Texas Outlaws 2.0 as heels and it would be fifty thousand times better
