Is anyone basing their opinion on Christian on tag team wrestling? I personally base mine on the many many years he spent after being in a tag team as a B+ player. Yes some (maybe all) of that was WWE/Vince's fault, but it's the record we have to go on.

Because the hype didn't match what was delivered. I often see people criticize AEW for what I consider nitpicky things, but this was 100% on them for getting people thinking Punk/Cena/Brock level and delivering a so called mega star that wasn't even the biggest star on the tag team he's most famous for.

TBF as much as I'm bagging on it, I'm glad the announcement wasn't broken down Kurt Angle.
