Well that's music to my ears. I'm in the 70s now and loving every minute of it. You guys have presented the best case I've heard for each guy and make me want to search out the guys I don't have on my list. I already planned on reviewing 5 matches for every guy that makes the top 100 that didn't make mine and this podcast is pushing that to an even larger group

Welp Homicide, Haku and Marty all just dropped from my list. All in the bottom 20 so I'm still going strong

I love this pairing and wish it was 10 hours longer, only half kidding. Charles is so convincing in his opinions that he could and might diss Bret and I'd thank him for it instead of getting mad

i had Corino and Dundee also. Along with Fargo, those are the only guys knocked off my list so far. I knew I could count on you to have those two as well.

Jamie Dundee, Corino, New Jack and Alex Shelley have all come off of my list. Corino and Dundee were making my list no matter what. Corino was such an awesome bleeder and made it matter. Dundee and New Jack were awesome characters above everything else and a feud between them based on New Jacks Smw run and Jamies real life shoot interview character would be awesome. Shelley made it based on his Gen Next and tag runs

I feel the same way as do a lot of people I assume. I'm going to be posting parts of my list on my blog soon and I've already switched some of my picks. Still happy with what I submitted though

Once the legacy Memphis crew of Lawler, Dundee, Mantelle, etc became a little older guys like Christopher and Pg 13 kept the legacy alive. I'm pissed for not nominating Christopher as he'd be a sure fire top 100 for me. It's easy to list Memphis guys for me because they're so easy to invest in. Jamie Dundee is a guy who to this day will draw my attention when he pops up.

I'm interested in hearing the opinion of having Bboy that high. Not even being a jerk or anything I'm seriously interested

Hell yea, it's so fitting that my first pic that shows up was Jamie Dundee and I was the high vote for him. Love me some JC Ice. Funny as hell and one half of one of my favorite tag teams ever. To me he was strictly an entertaining guy and those were the merits on which I placed him. I can't even suggest a great match outside of the RnR series in 95. When it came down to it I had to have him on my list

There aren't 150 people who post about old-school wrestling on PWO. This thing obviously got bigger through Twitter and the podcast networks. It wouldn't surprise me if the final results are now less PWO-oriented than if only the forum regulars had voted. The wider pull of voters is similar to what happened in 2006 when people were invited from outside Smarkschoice to participate and a better snapshot of 2016 vs. 2006 than a smaller turnout would of been. But yes, Flair is in danger of not finishing #1. Yes, I also wonder if someone like Kurt Angle, the most definitively "un-PWO" choice may end up ranking. I know you put it in quotations but un-PWO suggests that the board itself represents a singular view on wrestling. I myself wouldn't be surprised at all in Angle placed decent and if a guy like Bryan won the whole thing. I also wouldn't be surprised if a guy like Flair or Funk won the whole thing. Either way it'll be fun to see.

I admittedly went in with maybe lowered expectations and was very surprised. Great show and it seemed to flow very freely. I like the way Matt disagrees without going over board. It seemed like he got his point across that he didn't care for someone without bashing them which goes a long way with me

Definitely agree. This is all subjective with different strokes for different folks.I don't like the guy myself but to each his own

Yea I think it'll be a good way to evaluate guys that are widely considered greats. And once I'm done watching I can make a new list and compare

I can't wait until the top 125 or so. I'm going to make it a plan/project to watch at least 5 matches of each guy that I don't have in my top 100 that made the cut. Also reevaluate guys that I have a 30 spot difference or higher on

I wouldn't say I fucked Flair, Parv. Btw you dropping a video from my favorite movie of all time is almost worth it. 4 is a very good spot. There will be people that put him outside the top 30 that you will have to make plenty of gifs for.

He's fourth on my list which isn't bad at all. He and Funk switched back and forth multiple times but when I really think of the pinnacle of wrestling it's Flair. I hope he wins even though he's not my 1

I'm really regretting not putting Flair as number one but oh well there's always a decade from now

I think Hashimoto and Hijo Del Santo are the two guys I'm most excited to discover more of that will rank when I do this again. There are also guys like Murdoch and Buddy Rose who didn't rank as high because I've seen a decent amount but not a good enough amount of. I'm sure they'll move into the top quarter when I do
