He wasn't, at least not initially. He was out with a concussion when the interim championship was decided. TK could have chosen to run with Mox v. Danielson for All Out, but he had him jobbing to Jericho instead.

I thought the angle was fine tbh. I certainly understand its criticisms, but let's be honest, even if they had faced each other for the first time at the PPV instead of on TV, the result was never going to be in doubt.

133k buys (and potentially a bit higher, going by Meltz's analysis in the latest WON) is certainly a good number. Kudos to MJF, despite my reservations/issues with him. Shows that despite all the criticisms we all make of his work, he is still doing a good job as champ. His potential is so so so high; he is still so young. Hope he manages to fulfil it.

Can TK please stop booking world title angles centred around "MJF sucks at wrestling and isn't a worthy champion"? Like this is not 1988 anymore. MJF went 65 minutes with the Greatest of all Time and outlasted him and won. He doesn't suck at wrestling and he is a worthy champion, at least in kayfabe. What's the point of treating your own legacy like it doesn't mean shit.

They are using the feud to transition to Hangman's reconciliation with the Elite. I think Hangman will focus more on Claudio now, (for the ROH title maybe) while other Elite members like Omega conclude their unfinished business with the BCC.

It's always the same losers who act like they don't give a fuck about Meltz and his awards but then spend 3 days ragetweeting about them, he lives rent-free in so many people's heads. Not to mention that his reporting of WWE stuff the last year or so has been totally accurate, despite so many attempts on Twitter to "own him". Imagine buying a ticket to watch Wrestlemania and carrying a sign about Dave Meltzer.

I would say that's more due to Mox (and Hangman) than Uno. Rampage's ratings also rebounded once they started building it around Mox. Given how many times he has saved AEW and TK's ass, TK should def give him some equity in the promotion.

Having said that, MJF is definitely not "Piper in Portland". Dragon should beat him for the title, but he won't.
