Match was the best Rollins/Ambrose match I've seen so far. Really dug how it was a hate filled encounter that just happened to have a ladder involved. They didn't go overly cute with the Ladder spots. Hated that finish though, Ambrose should have been dead after Rollins's Mike Awesome tribute.

I fully expect New Day to get the belts back within a few weeks, but that was a damn cool momemt. I'm really liking the tag division lately.

New Day is fucking great, but I'm hoping Prime Time Players finally win the big one here.

Two big guys beating the shit out of each other was fun up until that finish. Miz as a serious competitor is so tired...

Paige paying respect to Dusty and Nikki doing a Tully slingshot and a AA spinebuster I liked that better than the ladder match. Nikki continues to be one of the best offensive workers on the roster that nobody wants to admit is good. Meanwhile a lot of Paige's offense looked real sloppy in spots. I loved that finish, lol.

Way too many spots in the match with just two guys trading stuff while everyone else lays down. Where was Dolph for the first half of the match? I went several minutes forgetting who was even in there. Why can't guys brawl on the outside or something while everyone else gets their shit in? Sheamus winning was a good result. I dug the hair pulling, Sheamus is one of the only guys in the company who is actually doing heel stuff to boos and it's refreshing. Bray Wyatt as guy who randomly starts fueds he always loses continues. Reigns will be occupied for a couple months and then Bray will move to someone else.

Her eyes look really red, gotta be tough on a lot of these guys. Good tribute for Dusty.

Even if he is a heel and is with Heyman I really don't see any point in doing that now, it's not February anymore. They need to stick with their investment on Reigns and book him strong until he is ready to win it on the right stage.

I think a briefcase cheap cash in would hurt Reigns.

He looks pretty good to me now. Yeah, he had drug problems, injuries, etc. But he got out, made positive changes in his life, and is doing pretty well for himself from all accounts. Hard to call that anything other than a success story - especially by wrestling standards. He's had well documented heart problems from steroid and painkiller abuse. It was kind of his entire platform when making the talk show rounds. No clue how he's doing now but he was facing a very serious heart surgery as recently as last year.

I know NXT has morphed into a this super indy promotion, but at heart it is still a developmental territory. So I don't really get why people want them to cut someone like a Dana Brook. She has literally no experience, that's why she's there, to learn. It is very rare for anyone to be ready for TV with only a few months under their belt. If she sucks in three years, that's a different story.

So I was just at a (wannabe) hick bar for most of the night and did a toast to Dusty. Was surprised how many people actually knew who I was talking about, even if they only knew him from his WWF run. RIP Dream

I love Dempsey, but in all fairness he probably saved his career by going the comedy route. Kevin Owens, Samoa Joe and even Rhino and Baron Corbin are all doing the serious big guy ass kicker gimmick on the same show. NXT was fun this week. I'll give the Zack Ryder/Mojo Rawley team a chance. I think it's probably the best possible use of both guys at this stage. Joe finally made his wrestling debut against a job guy. Match was about what you would expect from Joe vs. a job guy. Is the new girl who wrestled Becky anybody I should know? She showed potential.

Everybody needs to check out the Bloopers episode of the Jerry Springer network show. Dead serious. Tons of stuff that never made air, there's about five minutes of Mean Gene footage with him just fucking with guys doing local promos. Hilarious!

This assumes that Brock is 100% interested though. If Brock were only 80% interested in working that match, then Austin would have to express interest to JR 9 out of 20 times. We can safely assume that WWE is 100% interested as that would be a big $$ match. But maybe Brock has reasons of his own for not wanting to work it. Maybe he won't want the pressure of potentially injuring Austin in his return. Maybe he doesn't think he could work a good match with a 50 year old. Shoot, maybe Brock is only 2/3 interested in that specific match. That means that Austin would have to express interest 11 out of 20 times to JR. Can we just get Scott Steiner to crunch some numbers on this?
