That was the best thing that ever happened to Tony Khan. Likely deterred him from ever signing them, he still got to use them through the Forbidden Door with Impact, and he saw firsthand that Brandon Cutler and Michael Nakawaza were more entertaining and memorable in the same roles.

Not sure, but am I the only one who thought that segment was the shits? It was worse than Black's WWE vignettes, which were also very, very bad. Black doesn't resonate with me on any level - as a character or in the ring. Yeah, yeah, he's a very impressive big guy. So are many others.

Fans are rightly booing the time limit draw. Shouldn't have gone to that well so soon again after Danielson-Omega - even if it was a glorious 60 minutes this time. But, man, what a match!

Wish Tony K had paid for no commercials - they're really breaking up the momentum of an otherwise awesome match.

Janela has been an underwhelming signing for AEW, and that's putting it nicely, so it's good to see him regaining some of his previous indie cred and buzz with this match. I'm guessing Tony Khan can't wait to get rid of him, but it also wouldn't surprise me if he keeps a few of these early signings around for Dark and pays them per appearance.

Surprised no one is talking about Ridge Holland losing his main roster debut match in three minutes and then losing again in a battle royal the same night. Looks like yet another NXT call-up has been double-Krossed. How long before Ridge faces the Wrath of Khan?
