Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all. I hope you all have an awesome day. Starrcade will be up momentarily!
-
Stampede is up to finish the 2nd round.
-
Sounds good. Again I apologize I thought I got most of those guys out there. If someone could go through one more time I am currently on the road but I like those names copy and paste them so I can take them off.

I want to put this out for everyone... Shinya didn't wrestle in North America until 1987. I apologize I missed him on the list. You may want to goback and pick someone else. Unless we are throwing out this rule and having the guys be able to come in between tours.

Updated. It's a joint project, I appreciate everyone working together.

Florida is up

I know we had a little bit of an issue with Alexis Smirnoff the other day. He is no a free agent, free to be picked up. Sorry for the confusion.
-
WWA then Florida
-
Memphis - WWA - Florida are up.
-
Tommy Gilbert dropped from Mid South to make room for Gino Hernandez.
-
I guess we are going to get this going. Remember you can't use these people until the draft is complete and January 1st. Mid South selects Gino Hernandez Southeastern is up for 3 in a row.

I am on board with keeping the roster cap to 34 - but using 2 of those slots as almost "pack slots" to put jobber groups together. These would simply be 4 or 6 jobbers who will come in and do the job and then move on. I would keep them either weekly or monthly. Then for other roster spots, I could have my long term job guys and my gateway guys along with my regular roster. I think this can just be an option for some if they choose to use it.

I am good to go as long as others are... just so we are clear... 1. 24 hour window between picks 2. You can drop at any point in time, the 1985 draft order will be determined by how people drop from this draft. 3. This is a regular draft, not snake order as shown from the draft page. 4. There are no tag teams, so everyone is picked individually. 5. You cannot use talent drafted until the draft is complete. Let me know if others are set and I will kick things off with the biggest surprise of 1983.

So we've got 11 days until the end of 1983. Anyone interested in voting for some PWI awards? Wrestler of the Year Tag Team of the Year Feud of the Year Most Popular Most Hated Manager of the Year Maybe even show of the year? It may be too difficult to put up Match of the year with so many we've seen. It would be as simple as making a topic for each of these posts. Simply reply to the post with your candidate and a small write up if you'd like about them and then we can edit the poll and put them on. Then we can all vote but not for our own candidate?

Mid South Wrestling on Tour Dec. 1983

I completely agree, and the way that they are brought in and utilized during that one time a month show in Dallas is going to be able to carry the promotion staying there long term due to the love that they give and the other people that surround them. It's hard for me to say that I wouldn't be successful with guys like Tully Blanchard Gino Hernandez King Kong Bundy who are all known in this area on top of the Jyd and Ted DiBiase who have traveled around the country at this point and then good names. Not to mention a freelancer like bruiser Brody can also come in and give it a pop. I think the pieces are in place it's just about how they are played which will show whether or not I can make this a successful move in the fantasy world of Wrestling that we have put together. -

The working relationship of having the Von erichs once in a while will prove to be just enough for the foot in the door. -
Yes... that was an oversight. Sorry man. I will move him where he needs to go. I apologize.
