I just don’t see an endgame. Even if Jericho manages to beat Sky and Page and gets his hands on Lambert eventually, the wrestling guys still look like crap and got beat up by the MMA crew and never get any payback for that.
-
I don’t know where they are going with this American Top Team stuff. There’s no way I can see that Jericho can ever get back at them. Does Hager have any MMA buddies he can bring in to counter them? Otherwise it’s just them coming out and beating down the wrestling guys and making them look like chumps.

I found a piano version.

* CM Punk vs. Powerhouse Hobbs * Christian Cage & Jurassic Express (Jungle Boy & Luchasaurus) vs. Adam Cole & The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) * Men Of The Year (Ethan Page & Scorpio Sky) vs. Chris Jericho & Jake Hager * Santana & Ortiz & Lucha Brothers (Penta El Zero Miedo & Rey Fenix) vs. Hardy Family Office (Isiah Kassidy, Marq Quen, The Butcher & The Blade) * Penelope Ford vs. Anna Jay * Lights Out Tag Team Match: Eddie Kingston & Jon Moxley vs. Lance Archer & Minoru Suzuki lot of good stuff again tonight. Most looking forward to the Lights Out Main Event.

I really liked Cody when AEW started. Lately something has seemed off. Maybe it’s the ‘Cody goes Hollywood’ stuff. He’s wrestling Shaq and having Rosario Dawson involved in a feud that’s he’s hardly shown up for except for the matches. An injury angle in 2021 when the guy that’s supposed to be injured is appearing on shows on the same channel, sometimes right before or right after AEW programming, is just a weird choice. Arn, Cody, and Brandi all turning heel could work, I don’t know if it would be better to have them turn on Dustin so it’s still an Anderson turning on a Rhodes or if there’s some way for Dustin to turn too, but something needs to happen. Cody just feels like he’s lost his way. I don’t know if it’s all the outside ventures, the trademark battles with WWE, trying to be a ‘rah rah’ America babyface but in a way that definitely turns off AEW’s core fan base and seems to appeal to a different crowd, the decisions are baffling without a heel turn.

Good match. Kind of a deflating ending to the show though. If Britt was winning maybe Sting and Darby should have went on last.
-
Damn, that move off the apron by Britt.
-
Oh, Mox and Kingston vs Archer and Suzuki is Friday. My bad,
-
This show has flown by. But it’s 9:39 with two matches left?
-
I love Sting showing his veteran smarts. That was awesome him putting on the brakes before Stinger splashing the chair.
-
I really can’t see AEW doing something like that. I hope not.
-
With this few matches the Picture in Picture really is obnoxious tonight.
-
I think so. I hope so.
-
Sad but true. I’m disappointed if this is it for them.
-
Right person went over.
-
If they are going to keep Cody face Arn needs to turn on him. If they want to turn Cody heel have him turn on Arn.
-
No, sorry. Not me.
-
Great minds think alike Bubba.
-
Cody trying to look like Homelander out here.
-
If Cody was going to do a neck tattoo he should’ve got one like Punk. It’s there but not distracting.
-
Really good match. Everything I could have asked for besides a Danielson win.
-
Omega has mostly kept the wacky stuff to a minimum so far. Don’t think it’s taken anything away from this match.
-
I wonder if they’ll do a time limit draw?
-
Opening with Omega and Danielson? Did not expect that.

-AEW Champion Kenny Omega vs. Bryan Danielson in a non-title match. being a non title match, I’d figure Danielson goes over. Post match attack by the Elite to get Omega’s heat back and set up a title match. -Cody Rhodes vs. Malakai Black. I’d have Black win. I know Cody is supposed to be the returning hero but he might get booed out of the building just because. -Britt Baker vs. Ruby Soho for the AEW Women’s Championship. This might be the time to pull the trigger on Soho. I’m going to predict a title change. -Minoru Suzuki and Lance Archer vs. Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston. Man this is going to be fun. If they want to keep this going they’ll have Suzuki and Archer win. If not Moxley and Kingston will. This is a tough one. I’m going with Suzuki and Archer. -“FTR” Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler vs. Sting and Darby Allin. FTR win through Tully Blanchard shenanigans. Heating up FTR for a match with Lucha Bros and furthering the Sting/Tully story they have been teasing. I feel bad for Darby though. -MJF vs. Brian Pillman Jr. Brian Pillman is one of my all time favorite wrestlers, hence my screen name. Love seeing Jr. get a spotlight but the time isn’t right yet for him to beat MJF. MJF wins through underhanded tactics to hopefully further the feud.
