Boy this match didn't need a ref bump
-
Keep in mind his back is in rough shape. The landing on the butt might actually be intentional.
-
You know, there are jokes about Cena being incredibly loud in the ring calling stuff, but sometimes it really is jarring.
-
Well that finish was pretty buillshit to me.

Becky Lynch is going for the all time record of most times turned on in a career with one company, and she's trying to do it in a speed run.

I really think Corbin has taken steps to being outright good now. He still has weak points, but he's fun to watch. Now, for the love of god, put him against someone that isn't Dolph.

Very underwhelmed by the main. Everything the Dallas match had in wildness just wasn't there. Didn't have the hate it felt like it should due to the escape shit. I'm really over Finn.

That was a really good match that told the correct story. Nia Jax is a monster due to power, but Asuka is a monster just do to sheer force. Once it came to Asuka's strikes, Nia had no answer for that.

I wasn't sure how good this would be going in, but damn, that really kicked much more ass then I expected. Thought Aries gave one of the best performances he's given in years.

I know this is probably a hard defend here, but the last time Ellering was a prominent manager was 1998. There is a strong chance a decent number of the fans in that crowd were not born yet.

I really could watch Revival/American Alpha tag matches for a long while. Hoping we get a 3rd.

Kinda stunned Mysterio and Bryan both made the top 7. I'll go ahead and be blunt and say they are the top 2 on my list, but my expectation was "Maybe it puts them into the top 10 if things break right" not "Maybe top 5?"

EDIT: Yay wrong thread!

I'm very curious that once one of the Eaton, Morton, Anderson, Windham, & Rhodes group goes, the others will fall directly afterwards. I'm very curious at this point how those 5 will rank in comparison to one another.

While I wish he could have been higher, I have zero qualms about being the high vote on Tajiri.

So far my hits from the top 100. 29. Cesaro-87 47. Sami Zayn- 88 48. Shinsuke Nakamura- 94 59. Virus- 99 64. L. A. Park 66. Ron Garvin- 90 79. The Undertaker- 84 81. 2 Cold Scorpio- 91 That leaves me at only 6 of my top 50 off the board (Christian at 39, Satomura at 46, and Waltman at 49), so apparently I'm much more of a conformist then I realized.

Is TNA the worst wrestling promotion in history?
El Dragon replied to Loss's topic in Megathread archive
I'll defend that run of time when Aries became the face of TNA as being a quality year for the company. That was also including the Bobby Roode title run, which was pretty wonderfully done, and Aries rise was the perfect end there. But then Aries turned heel to lose to Jeff Hardy, and that was kinda that. Still though, I'd suggest if you ever want to see TNA at it's best in the last decade, that was the stretch to check out. I actually bought the Pay Per View Aries won the title on, and I don't regret the purchase a bit. -
I'm mixed on the matter. I think Benoits brain was pretty fucked, but I know nothing of the person he was to begin with. Hard to tell if it was a shock that he made this jump. I did vote for him though. I tried to block all personal blocks with wrestlers out of the equation, as it would have led to a significantly different ballot.

"See these things I don't like? I'm just gonna keep shouting about them while totally ignoring anything you say to prove how right I am" If you look back on my posts I've said nothing of the sort. No, you've said nothing of note in this entire thread other then taking shots at the low points of a guy and ignoring the high points, and make the same "Wrestlemania Moment" joke 5 times. Yes, we get it, Taker had some shitty matches, usually with some pretty shitty opponents. Consistency is also not one of his strengths, and that's fair. But he's had 20 years of work were he has, the vast majority of the time, been at least "Good" and often times took the jump to great when given the opportunity in a lot of voters eyes.

Woah this escalated as I was typing. All praise to you for mentioning the Taker/Shelton match. They fought each other a few times in that stretch and I enjoyed the fuck out of that series. Shelton's gold standard run was pretty underrated.

I'm still incredibly confused how Taker is the one people are pointing there finger at in shame instead of say, Kurt Angle. Just confusing to me I guess.
-
Personally, just thrilled Joe, Tajiri, and Zayn hot in.
