  1. Love the start to AWA... back to where we first started all of this! Kevin Kelly moving up the ladder here as he gets a shot at Rocky Johnson's national title. Nice job with the push here. Very interesting to see Welch tear about Lawler with the scepter. I bet Lawler will have somethnig to say about this. What a match for the TV title. Like how you carried this feud from Texas to the AWA.... WOW... Snuka and Avi aftet the Cartel! This is going to be wild! Nice to see Casey with the title. Great beauty shop. Interesting to see the Fab Ones going to Japan. Will be interesting to see which way this goes. Sometimes absence makes the heart grow fonder but sometimes out of sight-out of mind. We shall see! Hennig and Adias is a nice team for the AWA where sometimes technical wrestlers shine. Awesome to see Steamboat quickly rising to the top! The titile match should be great. On to Milwaukee.... Wonder how the Great Gagne got a title shot so quickly.... hmmmmm...... Ohhhh Verne is back. Love it! Abbie-Colon is not for the faint of heart. Like how this card has something for everyone. The Spoiler is a nice choice for Funk. Very believable that he could win the bout but not harm done to him if he comes up short.
  2. NWA sends Pez Whatley to the AWA for Mr. Olympia.
  3. NWA releases Dave Haskins and Crusher Blackwell and adds Mark Fleming and Eric Embry
  4. Looking for a partner to split my NWA roster with.
  5. NWA Trade Block: Looking to trade or exchange for lesser talent to balance my roster Dusty Rhodes, Tully Blanchard, Kevin Sullivan, Haku, Barbarian, Blackjack Mulligan and Wahoo McDaniel
  6. NWA sends SD Jones to the WWF for Brad Armstrong
  7. Nice week for WWW. Lisa Moretti continues here rise to stardom. With your help, Medusa, Vachon, Singh and Bennett could control the whole state of women's wrestling in the USA. That is some group with A LOT of potential.
  8. What a card here! Great use of your roster to hype op multiply angles at one time. For me, the match of the night was Rotuno, Windham & Simmons vs Miller, Deaton and Hansen. You have done a great job making Hansen the star that he should be. Also thought the Taylor-Finlay battle was interesting. This international brawl would have been great to watch.
  9. Very exciting from top to bottom. Only is pro wrestling could a young JJ hold his own against Severn and that's why I love it. Nice match up! Looks like the Midnight Express is on the rise. Also looks like we have to keep an eye on Bubba and Leo Burke. Interesting. Bully Busick over the Playboy.... maybe a changing on the guard? Never count Buddy out. Too Cold vs Pillman would be a fun match to watch as was Smothers and Yamada
  10. NWA also has Tully Blanchard on the block
  11. Love the back story. It would be interesting to see why we picked up certain people on our rosters.
  12. NWA releases Jos Leduc, Angel of Death, Ken Wayne and Danny Davis and adds Norvelle Austin, Doug Gilbert, Tommy Gilbert and DJ Peterson

    USWA

Can't wait! Exciting times in Dawn of War
  14. Babyface Nellie gave Richter a tough match here! That really helps to build her reputation Careful who you mess with. Reggie Bennett is one tough lady!
  15. WOW... Percy and Hansen!
  16. NWA puts The Nightmares, Haku and The Barbarian along with SD Jones and Blackjack Mulligan on the block.

WOW... What a way for the USWA to go out. This card was epic and it took a lot of work. Awesome job! Huge win for the Kansas Jayhawks. It will be interesting to see if Karachi Vice survives this loss and can regroup. Wasn't sure what to expect with the Gagne-Henig bout with the AWA coming back. Awesome win for Curt and I could see huge things for him. As if the Beast of Burden was not enough, the South Pacific Connection had to deal with two more intruders. NO way to overcome this one and it is nice to see a new angle already starting. Love Lawler coming back to be the Real KIng on day one. I enjoyed having Lawler for a few months and using him as a heel but he is right where he belongs! Nice touch to have Rocky taking a sip of champagne before he wins the bout. He will be a great champion! Super D has to unmask and it turns out to be Scott Irwin. Fun bout. Irwin is very underrated as he did a lot in pro wrestling. Nice job with him. What a match between St. Clair and EL Canek. Awesome write up. So vivid. I need to see a rematch of this one. Like that the Bruise Brothers keep rolling. Read an aweseom article on the Snowman recently. He was one interesting dude. Great match with Funk and Dusty... This one needs to find a way to happen again! With such a controversial ending with the two refs, this one just screams REMATCH! The Beast Kamala survives as do Slater and The Fab Ones. I think these two matches along with the WWF getting ready for Survival Series might pave the way for a similar type match in Chicago for the AWA. Again.... this card took some real work! Awesome job.
  18. NWA releases Tom Zenk and Johnny Mantel and adds Ricky Gibson and Scott Armstrong
  19. I enjoy everything going on in Pacific Coast Wrestling but I must say that I enjoy Eddie Gilbert-Muta the most. This angle could go so many ways that I just sit there and wonder where it is going next and you do a great job of keeping me on the edge of my seat. Also, I am all-in on Ron Simmons! Man that TAG DIVISION: AWESOME.... maybe we could talk you into a Memorial Day Tourny or something?
  20. Moretti continues to be a rising star. Could she be the next big opponent for Richter andfter Babyface Nellie? I know she is new but love the push you are giving her. Big win for Misty Blue! Love how the heel and babyfaces stables have been formed! Gives it that southern promotion feel which is what I enjoy the most.
  21. NWA releases JR Foley and adds Ronnie P. Gossett
  22. The pictures were a great addition. I am happy you added JJ. You do a great job of developing the young talent and it is nice to see him in a good place. I like Yamada going on the attack here even though the numbers were against him. It makes him seem more mature then before and with him unable to get on the mic, it helps to get him over. Good to see Windham and Rotundo together and getting a nice win. It will be interesting to see what happens with Orton. It is nice to see that wherever Cornette goes, he can't follow the rules. None of this matters to him and he is happy he got his team on the winning side. Great TV main event... Missy vs Hart and Gilbert vs Muta is awesome

    USWA

Really looking forward to the AWA! Gerry Morrow vs Rocky Johnson is one that I am really looking forward to. Morrow and his character have become one of my favorite in the whole game. The Kansas Jayhawks is a great team in real life. These two were great on the mic and they will make the AWA tag division even deeper. King Curtis and his stable are perfect for this time period! Each week they give us the crazy and chaos we wanted so badly when we watched these shows in real life. Curtis and the heat he brings just maked the babyfaces more over! Speaking of a scary group... Beast of Burden are just that! The Beauty Shop was another high point of the show. Snowman and Cash really do have some charisma as Brenda said. Vin Man is lucky to be alive. Great job making him a houshold name. Roy Lee saying he is the true king? Lawler may have an issue with that. Gagne threatening to fire Russell was great. Who would have ever believed he could be a real heel! Loved the main event. I really enjoy when you combine two angles into one match. Seeing the Fab Ones vs Fuller and Golden was good but through in Tully and Slater and we have AWESOME! Dusty-Funk... EVERYDAY! They are both iconic on the mic. I could just hear Funk calling Dusty an egg suckin Dog! The Happening will be some show!
  24. DAWN OF WAR RULES: 1. Writer’s Responsibilities: A. Writers are responsible to write two shows per month. This can be done either through running weekly or biweekly TV shows or you can run one major show per month with a pre-show of what has been going on in your territory since your last major event. Any writer who wishes to produce more shows per month is allowed. B. Writers need to keep their title/championship page up to date. Currently we are using the 1988 Title page on the main page. C. Writers should leave comments about the shows posted by other writers. A big part of this hobby is hearing what others think about your work. Try to be positive with these comments on both things you enjoyed and things you might have done differently. D. Writers should run shows only in their respected territories. If a writer wishes to move to a new promotion, it needs to be agreed upon by the others. All writers should have a primary territory consisting of 3-4 connected states and 2-3 secondary states for a total of no more than 7 states. Nobody else can run shows in someone else's primary territory. No deals should be made to allow for exceptions to this rule. Secondary territories are open to be shared. If a new writer joins and wishes to take over another territories secondary territory as their primary territory. For example, if I have Arkansas as a secondary part of my territory and a new writer wishes to join and use Arkansas as their primary territory, I have to allow it. Any state not part of someone's primary or secondary territory is open for all for random shows. E. Writers can run their territory as they see fit. If you would like to divide your roster like WWF does with RAW and SMACKDOWN, go for it. Just stay within your borders. F. Promotions will have a roster cap of 65 wrestlers/managers total. G. New writers who wish to run a regional promotion will be on a 4-month probation period. During this period, they will not have an actually roster and must work off of free agency. If they produce a minimum of 8 shows and are active from the beginning to the end of the four month period, they will be given a formal roster. Also, any current writer who has more then 45 active wrestlers on their roster must provide the new writer with an unprotected list that they new writer can add to their roster. A current writer can only protect 45 wrestlers. The new writer will start with a roster cap of 35 after probation ends and will be allowed to add 5 wrestlers per month until they reach the max of 60 wrestlers. The new writer can take a max of 5 wrestlers from any current writer during this "unprotected draft." A new writer is also limited to 3 managers during their probationary period. If a new writer wished to waive the probationary period they can do so by making their roster completely from free agency and not add wrestlers from any current writer's "unprotected list. H. A supplemental draft will occur whenever a writer drops out. This draft will be a snake draft. The draft order will be determined by when you dropped out of the last supplemental draft. The earlier you dropped out, the earlier you draft in the next one. I. Retired wrestlers: There is a list of retired wrestlers. These wrestlers can wrestle but it needs to be in a one month or less angle. If you are using them to wrestle, they will count as one of your roster spots. Retired wrestlers can always be used as a manager. In this case, they will also need to take a roster spot. Retired wrestlers can also be used as commentators or on-air talent. In this case they do not need to take a roster spot. J. Wrestler Eligibility: Wrestlers must wrestle a minimum of 10 matches in a year in either the United States or Canada according to wrestlingdata.com. or cagematch.com. Wrestlers who do not meet that requirement in the year we are currently in or any future year will be considered retired. Rookies will be eligible in the year they debut in the U.S. or Canada. K. Foreign Exemption Rule: Each promotion has 4 foreign exemptions per year where they can use any wrestler in the world (Europe, Asia, South America, or Mexico) for up to 3 months. Once the 3 months is over, the wrestler returns to their homeland until January of the following year. Wresters must occupy a roster spot while in your promotion and you must remain in roster cap compliance. This would work in the opposite way if and when we get a foreign promotion. They can use wrestlers in North America for up to 3 months. All active wrestlers not in the U.S. or Canada are open to UWF Japan. Any exhanges with UWF Japan would count as one of your exemptions and can only be on your roster for 3 months in a year. L. Amendments, additions or subtractions to these rules must be voted on by all current full time writers. Writers who are on probation, do not get a vote. Any full-time writer may bring an issue to a vote. M. Writers not following the above rules can be removed from the game.
  25. NWA adds Robert Fuller and Jimmy Golden and releases Don Kernodle and Cpl.Kirchner
