  1. Can't wait to see all of this unfold!
  2. INAUGURAL EPISODE OF MONDAY NITRO PREVIEW! With 2 weeks to go before Fall Brawl, tension is very high as both Ric Flair and WCW World Heavyweight Champion Hulk Hogan are looking to complete their War Games team in this premiere episode of WCW Monday Nitro. Both Ric Flair, along with his associate The Giant - also part of his War Games team - and Hulk Hogan will be in Sacramento to address War Games and unveil more members of their team for the ultimate test of will and endurance. Two matches will take place in this inaugural edition of Nitro: Terry Funk & Diamond Dallas Page (w/Kimberly) vs Rick Martel & Konnan - With the World TV title being vacant following the departure of Lord Steven Regal, there will be a lot of jocking for position as the entire WCW roster will be looking to impress JJ Dillon and the Championship Committee to be considered in the coronation of a new champion. Which of these 4 men will be able to do so? MAIN EVENT: The Stud Stable (Dirty White Boy & WCW Tag Team Champion Bunkhouse Buck, w/Col. Rob Parker) vs The Road Warriors - The Colonel pulled an audible recently on Saturday Night, announcing that Dick Slater wouldn't compete in the inaugural edition of Nitro in what was supposed to be a World Tag Team Championship match as instead, he'll send his newest recruit Dirty White Boy to team with Bunkhouse Buck. Parker cited that Dick Slater needs to prepare for his US Championshp Match at Fall Brawl against Sting. Will this derail the focus of the most dangerous tag team in WCW history? Plus, Sonny Onoo has requested some time and apparently wants to speak to the Nature Boy himself! What does he have in mind? Tune in this Monday Night at 9PM on TNT!
  3. Dayum, you're doing work already, my friend!
  4. WCW NEWS There is obviously a lot of excitement in regards to the debut episode of Monday Nitro this coming Monday but there was a certain amount of eyebrows raised when the press release sent to TV outlets announced that the inaugural episode would take place at the Arco Arena in Sacramento, CA. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter had a certain theory in his latest issue. We already know that on September 11, Nitro will emanate live from Montgomery, AL and on September 18, the night after Fall Brawl, Nitro will take place in Pensacola, FL. As for Fall Brawl, it's scheduled to take place in Raleigh, NC on September 17. It is said that Eric Bischoff wants to have Ric Flair & Hulk Hogan considered more as special attractions and it could be a very real possibility that Flair, Hogan or a combination of both could only work PPVs or Clash of the Champions events for the subsequent future. Bischoff feels like with the crop of talents he secured to new contracts (including the arrivals of Tommy Dreamer and Terry Funk, who were set to be staples of ECW until Bischoff got them to sign), the upper midcard is strong enough with the likes of Sting, Lex Luger & Vader to allow Flair & Hogan to wrestle less frequently. WCW is apparently working for a major surprise for Fall Brawl, especially the War Games match. There will also be some focus on something revolving around the vacant World Television Championship, with the departure of Lord Steven Regal.
  5. When I think about it, you're kinda right. Now, if someone would join in and let's say they'd resurrect Smokey Mountain Wrestling for instance, Brad Armstrong would be high on my list. But hey, that's the beauty of a project like that. We never know how things will unfold
  6. While we're at it, you can use that logo to put over my roster list. As well, as that info: President: Eric Bischoff Announcers: Eric Bischoff, Tony Schiavone, Bobby Heenan, Larry Zbyszko Referees: Nick Patrick (senior), Randy Anderson, Billy Silverman, Scott Dickinson, Mickey Jay
  7. Finally, it's coming to life! :)
  8. You're good to go.
  9. Yeah, I just saw that it still was in the Game Station. I had thought that @Crazymax Jack had deleted it when he re-shuffled the board. Jack, if you don't mind, just delete the thread I just created. @awesomemiz, go take the one in the Game Station.
  10. I'll take care of the thread.

  12. NWA Lutte Internationale/International Wrestling LIVE! August 30th, 1986 Glencoe, ON Quick and dirty results: -The broadcast team hypes tonight's last appearance for Andre the Giant in Lutte as he'll wrestle Arthur W. Crews for the National Heavyweight Championship while tonight's main event will be a doubleheader, first, a Mid-Atlantic showcase as Ted Dibiase will defend the US Heavyweight Championship against Mid-Atlantic newcomer Brickhouse Brown and then Jimmy Garvin defending the Canadian International Heavyweight title against Keith Hart. A pre-taped vignette aired with Jimmy Garvin bragging about having eliminated one contender to his title in Bull Gantner last week and he plans to do more of that. Garvin vows to retire as NWA Canadian International Heavyweight Champion in many years while also teasing that he's gonna get some competent backup in the future. Falls Count Anywhere: Chris Candido & Carlos Colon from WWC defeated two local workers in 15:42. NWA United States Heavyweight Championship: Ted Dibiase beat Brickhouse Brown in 15:45 to retain -Pirata Morgan defeated UFO in 16:55. Andre saluted the crowd one last time before heading to the back. The broadcast team mentioned that Andre has finished his commitments to Lutte and will now resume his duties in Japan and WWF. NWA Canadian International Heavyweight Championship: Jimmy Garvin (w/Precious) beat Keith Hart in 28:32 to retain with a piledriver. After the match, Jimmy Garvin was confronted by Jacques Rougeau, only for Jacques to be attacked by "Pretty Boy" Doug Somers! Was he the backup that Jimmy Garvin was talking about? À LA SEMAINE PROCHAINE SI DIEU LE VEUT!
  13. Holy crap, how many matches are there on that list?
  14. Been a bit out of the loop of your events because of the events of the past few weeks so pardon me for not being up-to-date on my commenting and such. As always, it looks spectacular.
  15. That Ricky Starr vs Duke Keomuka match was also on the WCCW DVD they released a few years ago. If we're talking about the same match (2 out of 3 Falls).
  16. Interesting choice to put the TV title match up first but sometimes, when you want to get a crowd hot, you gotta do what you gotta do. Smart move on your part there, especially with Bobby Eaton being the workhorse that he is!
  17. Wow, what a SNME! Savage regaining the title in an epic Cage Match! Loved the Body Shop as it truly captured the feel and the essence of those segments back then. I don't know what's next for Demolition but that had to be a crushing defeat for them!
  18. I think we should wait until October 1st to see if someone wants to take over those 3 promotions. If they do, we simply remove those promotions out of the draft and proceed with the still available promotions.
  19. Could be a possibility. At least, I see it for sure. I'd bet that Dolph & Drew would be in Corbin's team.
  20. One guy who completely reinvented himself and is having a fantastic resurgence in his career: PCO. He's in his early 50s and he's never been more in demand than he is right now. His matches with WALTER are phenomenal.
  21. No problem. The best advice I can give you is to give the territory your own footprint while you stay true to the identity of that territory. Be aware of what worked IRL and try to adapt that to your booking. :)
  22. The North American & Texas titles are specific to World Class, same for the North American Tag titles. The only titles we vote for are the World Heavyweight and World Tag Team Titles. Whatever you do with those titles is your call.
  23. Which ones?
  24. Right now, each of our territories have a specific title on which they have the last word. For Lutte, it's the National Heavyweight title and Mid-Atlantic now has control over the National Tag Team Titles with the death of UWF. In your case, you have the last word on the World Six-Man Tag Team Championships, which I believe belongs to the Von Erichs when Gene last posted. Check the World Class thread to be sure.
  25. I get why they had The Miz interfering in Bryan vs Almas , probably to protect Almas from eating a clean finish but I wish we could've had one. They had great chemistry together.
