Yang Seung-Hi will be available until October 5th from New Japan. He started in 1978 so he might slip under your 27 year old requirement.

From the office of Antonio Inoki: Young lion Nobuhiko Takada will be available from July 12 to July 19 if anyone wants to take a young talent for the week and give him some exposure. I am asking for nothing in return except the opportunity for Takada to learn from your best veterans. Also, he is quite handsome so a no blood policy is asked out of courtesy. Takada is about to receive a major push in New Japan so some touring experience will be good for him.
