I am cool (and always have been cool) with anybody that wants to sending in a list. Anybody that still wants to draft, please do. If you just want names picked off a list, you have that option too. I have sent a few picks into goc and will do again, if I am busy.

I look at the draft as a test to see if people can stay dedicated to the project? We are the point of under card guys, in essence you could book out July now and have everything ready and just fill in the blanks with the guys you get. Trav if you only want 5 guys, give the list to goc and he will pick them for you when your name comes up.

No, I'm using drafted guys as jobbers. Me too. It's what I planned to do, but can we clean up the list of workers thread so it's clearer who's left? Also add in any jobbers who have been left off. Tony Zane stands out right away as someone who should have been on the original list. I'm a little pressed for time. When I made the thread I thought Grimmas and Kris would be helping out with it, but that didn't really happen. Updates are taking like an hour each time and I've been pretty busy. What I do is look through that thread, so guys I want to draft and then do the old crtl-f in the draft thread page 1 to see if they are picked. I can try updating your thread later Parv, not home till late today because car is in the shop and at work.

We book in real time, so you wouldn't be doing the Dome until January. I think we are all trying to be realistic and follow the general make up of the promotion. Obviously there are some changes. Maple Leaf Wrestling only ran Maple Leaf Gardens every 3 weeks and that was it. I'm turning them into a TV taping real promotion, so there is room for change.

I mean I personally would disagree with you, as I imagine a lot of people would. But that doesn't make either of us right or wrong. You're perfectly entitled to think that. You can think anything you want, doesn't make it right. There is no argument you can make for this being the case. You can enjoy Good Charlotte more all you want, but doesn't mean they are better.

What possible point are you trying to reach? That Gigante is better at doing a shitty Gigante match than Flair is at doing a shitty Gigante match and that some how means you can argue Gigante is better than Flair?

He was a wrestler/announcer. Since Toronto has no other announcers and Lyons was old and shitty, then he is my announcer.

This. It's all well and good to say all art is subjective and is in the eye of the beholder. However, going with that leads it possible to say El Gigante is a better wrestler than Ric Flair which is just plain wrong. Obviously it gets more difficult when discussing Jumbo vs Flair, but that doesn't mean there is not a correct answer. Where do you draw the line though? Where is the middle ground between Gigante and Flair where the argument for them goes from being "wrong" to merely "subjective opinion"? Who falls out of the realm of being able to be called objectively good? Who decides where that line is drawn? Is there a meeting? How do they decide? As insane as it sounds, someone having the opinion that Gigante is a great wrestler is not factually incorrect. It's not a question of facts. That's not to say it's a particularly credible or trustworthy or defensible opinion to have, but it's an opinion nonetheless. Can opinions ever be wrong?

For now.. jumps happen later, promotions split up and form a new in the future.
