Grimmas replied to Grimmas's topic in Armchair Booking
WCW Monday Nitro Live from the Coliseum in Denver, CO October 2, 1995 Your hosts Eric Bischoff, Dusty Rhodes & Steve McMichael welcome us to the show. They hype up Brian Pillman defending the United States Title in the main event against former champion Sting. Also, Hulk Hogan will be live from his home answering Luger's challenge. Sabu w/ Kevin Sullivan vs Johnny B. Badd We learn that "Macho Man" Randy Savage has been banned from the arena. Sabu and Savage will not be in the same arena until Halloween Havoc. Sabu and Badd have a brawl which Sabu wins in 10 minutes. Post match Sabu puts Badd through a table. Gene Okerlund interviews The Dungeon of Doom After the commercial break the rest of The Dungeon of Doom join Okerlund. Sullivan makes fun of Savage being banned from the building and after Havoc he will never be on WCW TV again. Sullivan states that The Giant will make his in ring debut at Halloween Havoc as he teams with Bubba Rogers & Shark. Scott Norton vs Booker T w/ Sister Sherri Norton gets the win in 8 minutes after Col. Rob Parker comes to ringside to hit on Sherri and ends up costing Booker the match. Hulk Hogan w/ Jimmy Hart live from his home. Hogan is not cleared by the doctors yet, but whether or not he is he will be there at the Halloween Havoc to defend his title. He doesn't trust Luger and needs to put him in his place. WCW United States Champion Brian Pillman w/ Arn Anderson vs Sting At the ten minute mark Ric Flair comes to ringside to keep his eye on Arn. Sting is about to put away Pillman, but Arn gets in a cheap shot which leads to the Pillman win. Flair chases Arn off and Sting chases Pillman as the show goes off the air. -

I don't think Vince McMahon thinks that way.
-
To get bye they don't.. to get the Network to the point where they are making good money they sure do.
-
Discuss here.
-
I think you use obvious money programs very loosely.
-
Russo, that you? Russo would give the title to Jon Stewart or Stephanie, let's be serious.
-
I'm loving the Silas Young love in this thread! He is so good and should be pushed to the top.

Yeah 7 is one of the better in history. Compare it to 30, last year, and it stacks up quite nicely. 30 has one great match, a good main event and some solid stuff underneath. I think UW-Savage is better than Bryan-HHH, and Slaughter-Hogan is on par with last year's 3-way. The rest of 7 has as many highlights as 30 does.
-
WTF? Whether you like Scott Steiner as a person or not, it is bullshit for Triple H to ruin someone who was coming in with great fan reactions.
-
We talked about so much I don't even remember this coming up. I'm sure I gave a great answer though.
-
Pick a nominee and post the five matches to watch here. Add links if available.

I don't care if you do those things about lucha or just wrestling in general. It is unacceptable to do those things and just bash Dandy based on that joke without looking into Dandy at all. If you are just going to do that, then don't have a blog, podcast, etc.. because obviously you don't know shit.
-
Stop the bullshit. Nobody is mad at Triple H for his words, they just think it's utterly stupid. Also they can bill Sting-Triple H is for the hardcores all they want, but where are the hardcores that are excited for this? This is built for long term fans that remember WCW.
-
I can understand most fans making that joke and not caring, but when people are fans enough to write articles, run web sties and do podcasts it is unacceptable.
-
Easily Russo. He made me stop watching WWF at the height of WWF popularity in high school when all of my friends were life time fans. How awful is that? Then he made me stop watching WCW and TNA, both of which I was into to. Awful awful person and every thing he says pisses me off. Fuck Vince Russo!
-
You'll be seeing a lot of Akiyama on the Excite Series, don't worry about that.
-
Wrestler whom found footage would excite you the most

I would give so much to see Muraco outside the WWF. All of his pre-85 stuff from other terretories. From the Brisco matches in full to being the babyface partner to Andre, I want to see it.
