Randomize each promotion and do a one round draft. The rest of the guys (if any are even left) can be given, wanted or not, to whomever's name comes up first in another randomization.
I'm no where near dropping out. I'm just saying this part is boring.
I proposed the "send your list and we'll work it out through draft order" about a week ago and it got shut down.
I'll deal with it. Didn't mean to hurt anybody's feelings.
Stop picking doesn't make sense when guys you still want are on the list. The problem is waiting a day and a half to get somebody who every week will have "defeated" in front of his name.
This draft is becoming so draining. It's killing my initial interest. Instead of 32 rounds, can we change it like where we can make 3-5 picks per turn and shorten it to like 20 rounds tops? I mean I only have 5 guys left and they are all job guys.
I'm tempted to just post the guys on my list and deal with anyone who also wants them via PM.
What do you guys think?
I believe it should be up to a vote. After July 1, nothing that was *supposed* to happen *needs* to happen. In our alternate timeline, Flair isn't destined to win the belt at Starrcade.
A weekend is what I'm asking for. Anyway, after July 1 is essentially fan fiction. Again, I use Flair in August of 1982 as precedent. He only worked the TV. No Mid South Coliseum match.
We need to figure out the booking of the NWA champion. No matter who it is, I'm calling first dibs for Saturday, December 24th and Monday December 26th
Edited dates. Day as right, the # was wrong.
The trend of the draft has been once I put a name on my list as next to draft, they get picked 1 or 2 slots above my turn. Therefore, I have made my list just a scribble of names across a full sheet of notepad paper. Sunshine and Lawler ..... what could have been.
