I was 10 at the time of that StarCade and I was only 2 years into being a diehard fan of Wrestling and that was by far the most hyped PPV up to that point, WrestleManias included. I don't really remember Nash vs Giant being billed so to me it felt like Hogan vs Sting was the only match hyped. Even WWF would at least put together a meaningful undercard. I just ordered WW3 that November and that show was very good before the WW3 match but this show just had people thrown together. According to Bret it was Shawn who lobbied against Owen getting a chance to feud with him long term that's sad because I was hyped when he asked Shawn after the Shamrock match. Even as a kid it didn't make sense for Owen to feud with Hunter and not Shawn. Really good show here I wasn't a fan of WWF as much after Pillman died because that was probably the end of the Hart Foundation and the screwjob made everything seem so dark. WCW should've really picked up steam but they screwed Bret big time.

Alot of people shit on how SD, and how isn't near as good as Raw Booking wise but as someone that doesn't watch any of the WWE tv they still put on great PPVs in ring wise most the time. I'm gonna miss the single branded SD PPVs. I thought their contribution to the Royal Rumble PPVs was really good too

I just Rewatched most of EC because I wasn't fully paying attention to the show but my personal favorite match was Da Bar vs Titus and Apollo. To me the Biggest difference in the two EC matches was in the women's EC they were trying to win through the entire match, that really hurt the Men's Chamber match because it's obvious that they were all buying time for Braun. The Mens match wasn't as bad as people make it seem but it wasn't impressive enough. The women's EC had layers even though it wasn't crip at parts. I even liked the Mizterouge vs Gallows and Anderson.

The angle on SD when he was teaming up with Orton up until he won the Title as EC was some Good stuff. He became fodder for Orton and he was buried again. I don't think he'll ever get back up to the top on the card again.

I don't have any problem with Reigns vs Lesnar 2 but why have Strowman lose clean here? Vince really believe as long as he lays people out even after not going over, He is not hurt?

It was a rumored possibility. I got the sense Rollins was heated up for that purpose in the gauntlet on Raw, but we probably won't find out until tomorrow or next week. Angle's role could very well be limited to facilitating the match rather than participating. I gotta believe If they let him work SS and TLC they won't leave him off Mania in a match. I'd rather him and Hunter in the same match rather than have to watch to separate matches featuring one of the two.

Well it's better than having her in one of the title matches. I mean this was part of the plan expect Angle replaced Rock

Titus Charisma is rubbing off on him, Titus has enough charisma to get himself over without a push to some degree, Imagine if the got behind him. He makes anything they give him work, by been himself and I think Appollo is doing the same thing.

The crowd was biting it before she switched to heel. Character wise she is the best and she's the smallest on the entire roster.

I liked the single branded PPV, I don't watch the weekly TV regularly but I do watch the PPVs. I see alot of people say Smackdown isn't good but their PPVs are always pretty Decent. I see the flaws in the booking of Smackdown as opposed to Raw but If they traded a few guys it would be fine.

He was always a good promo. They have Titus in that role and they fucked that up

Who was running the NXT Redemption era that was much Vince hands off. That was such good tv week to week. The talent seemed like they were having fun. I watched 205 live during the beginning of The Tozawa and Titus Oneil run and it reminded me of that era.

Why didn't he let HHH run it from the jump, this show would've had a better change of getting over if HHH had the book from the jump.
-
She's far from the Bitchy or Ratchet type character that everyone except Bayley and Asuka has on the Roster so that's good. Vince would probably see her as a Sasha or Naomi type at first glance, They won't know how to use her just like with Bayley, she'll come in over but she'll be cooled off quick

I though Jackie was the Most impressive Legend in the Women's Rumble, I was always a fan of her but most of her career in WCW and WWE she faced men and I was never a fan of that even though she was the best in that role, then once she got to WWE she face mostly non wrestlers like Sable. When she finally got to have competitive matches she was basically putting over the other girls. I wish she was ten years ahead.

They have to have at least 8-10 call ups and new women on the roster between now and next year because how many more surprise legends and this current roster is going to make this less predictable. How much different in terms of the participants can you get for the next few years as far as the women, The Mens Rumble shouldve closed it but I get it

I didnt see Raw but I saw the Women RR announcement and I can feel with Steph putting herself over but I hate the curtain call Shit. The whole locker room was ganging up on Paiges stable and I wake up and see them raising each others arms.

AJ got more offense than anyone not named Cena, Roman or Strowman exept maybe Rollins

I stopped at the Uso vs Da Bar this has been a great PPV so far. Like last years SS was the best cobranded PPV since the split.
-
Was Joe not cleared he wouldve been so much better in Angles role. I been seeing his post on IG tonight i thought he'd show up.
-
You had to know it was going to be alot of bs in this match, Especially when they put Kurt in. This wouldve been alot better if Reigns was in this. Not saying it wouldve been good but better than this

I Agree, I dont watch the TV but the few times ive see of Elias i thought he was really good. I hate the faux music star type gimmick but its a way to get good heat. Him being good in the ring definitely should help.
