I see it this way. I wasn't involved at all in 2006, but I feel connected to this list. I'm absolutely using this as a jumping off point for my viewing over the next decade. Because of this list, I'll be delving more into WoS, Joshi, and shoot-style, all of which I didn't make a strong priority. My list represents my "base" opinion and I look forward to fill in gaps using this as a reference.

I think I ended up with 30 of the top 50 which is fine since I thought I'd have a lot less left. And 18 of those 30 were in my top 30. So 60 percent for both. High votes for The Quebecers, Colt Cabana, Rick Steiner, Kevin Steen, Big Boss Man, and Davey Boy Smith.

I was able to list 49 people who are left, but I can't figure out who the 50th is. Maybe I'm missing someone obvious, but if you'd like, take a look and figure out who the last person is.

I think that is the issue. I think only 57% of voters have watched enough Memphis. That's a ton better than 2006 when he got like 14%.

A 1988 video from the United Association of Wrestling Fans gathering featuring names like Dennis Coralluzo, Paul Heyman, Dave Meltzer, Lance Russell, Eddie Gilbert, and Missy Hyatt has been posted on youtube. Watching it now, pretty interesting for the novelty of seeing these people in a non-TV setting.

I'm not familiar with her work really, but I just noticed Etsuko Mita was ranked 113 ten years ago and wasn't even nominated this time. Oversight? Stock fallen?

That might be the most brilliant explanation for Angle that I've ever read. Tip 'o the cap to you, sir. Sounds like a great candidate for someone's favorite wrestler. Not quite sure what he's doing here, though. To be fair that could describe Terry Funk or Dick Murdoch just as easily.

If Jericho knew about this list, I bet he'd think he's way under ranked. He was my 71 so I think this is about right.

I may have developed a fondness for Garvin as a direct reaction to his perceived "blandness" back when I first started watching old JCP on WWE 24/7 a decade ago. I expected a joke and instead found a tough guy who made all of his attacks mean something. I'm thrilled he made the top 100.

Had two drop today, Scorpio (96) and Garvin (50).

I ranked him. I don't totally get the "he's a murderer so I DQ'ed him" thought process. If you look at his work, he definitely ranks in the top 100. I'd also put OJ in a top 100 football player ranking.

Looking at the predictions thread, it seems a lot of people think it may end up some combo of Hansen and Flair at the top. If that occurs, does that mean the top 2 wrestlers of all time (according to PWO) have no video footage against each other?

I think even if the majority of us used BIGLAV, our results would still be vastly different. Because my idea of Flair's base ability would be different than yours and others. Intangibles is totally up to the voter and so on and so on.

I'd almost rather get the countdown from 1 to 100. These two weeks are going to be brutal. At least we know exactly how many posts we'll be getting each day which is appreciated.
