They are bragging that Raw has been like a horror movie. You know they've loved this stuff all night. They probably think it is good for Bryan. I would assume this will be the most critically panned Raw in ages. Def. for this year
-
Damn Batista for turning down the match!
-
Yikes this whole thing has been a mess. I still don't think it will hurt Bryan and probably this is a show of faith in him by the company to be in such a Hollywood lite angle. Just please end this at the PPV
-
I'm usually tolerant of stuff like this but the Kane stuff is pretty brutal tonight with the cheap horror flick camera work
-
They are really getting campy with this Kane stuff. I mean more than usual
-
I don't want the Kane feud to continue but there's no doubt that .Bryan was positioned as a top WWE style face last night. The goofy props and low level action flick sequences. Those are reserved for the Cenas, Rocks, Undertakers, etc. I really don't think the feud will hurt him even if the matches aren't good. In fact I'll bet many in the company were more impressed last night with the garbage style stuff than they were with his workrate matches
-
Dave is reporting that Vince is trying to convince Batista to work Bryan at Payback. If he can't convince him the planned main event is Bryan v Kane in a buried alive match
-
tonight's show was another mess. The Fandango and Summer stuff was cringe worthy awful. Two people together in real life had to act like they aren't attracted to each other. They've been together for quite some time yet Summer supposedly just came off a break up in another relationship (and the guy is getting married. She needs some lovin') more time frame nonsense as the Oscars are mentioned in a clip (from the March 3rd RAW) and yet later on they show clips of AJ/Natalya which took place last winter

The Authority stuff is supposed to continue. Vince thinks Steph and .hunter have to be on TV to transition to the future leadership. I'm wondering if they will ever do a blow off. It's been going on for nearly a full year
-
I could see them having Stephanie as the special ref or in Kane's corner next month. Maybe they even do the mixed tag down the line
-
Very depressing the feud is continuing but I suggested that last week. Hopefully Payback is the blowoff
-
On second thought Kane's pyro going off at the end probably men's the program is continuing. Well shit
-
This was a rather strange show. It's like it was directed by a low rate Wes Craven. All the right people won though so all is not lost. They can't possibly continue Kane/Bryan after tonight, can they? I wouldn't be surprised if Steph fires Kane tomorrow. I have a feeling Sheamus will be Bryan's next big program which undoubtedly piss alot of people off. And I wouldn't disagree

Comments that don't warrant a thread - Part 3

Shawn did a public Q and A and here are a few tidbits I've never heard before. He wrote the Larry King skit during the Hogan feud skit with Stephanie Survivor Series 2002 was supposed to be his swan song and end on one nice moment with him winning the title. (I would assume he meant that losing the next month to Hunter was going to be it for him). So I guess he was really going to retire before Vince enticed him with the Jericho program He requested Curtis Hughes to be his bodyguard before Sid was hired -
I used "cahoots" in some English project in 10th or 11th grade. The teacher questioned me over what it meant. I used "workrate" in a college Psychology paper Both times I realized after the fact I had used wrestling terms without being aware of it

411 through wrestlezone is claiming that PWI said that Batista thinks Bryan is too small to lose to in another match. Uh oh
-
Lana's skirt on SD was so tight she had trouble walking. She also made sure to turn around so her ass was in clear view of the camera. Wonder if those were in the stage directions
-
PWI is reporting Batista was going to go against .Bryan at Payback but balked at the idea and decided he wanted to take his promotional break earlier. He thought jobbing at Mania and again at the show would kill any momentum he had. The company still doesn't know who they will put in the slot. Again I just have the feeling they are going to keep the Kane stuff going
-
I have this feeling that Bryan/Kane isn't ending Sunday. Indecisive finish or Stephanie gets involved somehow but I could see them extending this for a little. Can't see them building up Kane only for him to job cleanly right away. A month ago I would have thought no other finish than Bryan winning clean but not sure now. Again hope I'm wrong

Flair is not scheduled to work Extreme Rules. No logical reason the Shield shouldn't go over now if they aren't doing a Flair turn on them
-
Rewatcing the segment and poor Brie obviously missed her cue and had to roll back in the ring so Kane could keep menacing her. It's pretty obvious why they were hesitant to use her in these angles. They even tried to explain it by Bryan saying he feared for her safety
-
as an aside the teeny bopper type pop the Shield got when they appeared in the backstage bit was quite impressive. The females love these guys
-
He was clearly distracted by Hugh Jackman's beauty
-
So Evolution goes over after Flair turns on the Shield , right? Feud is extended. But Batista is taking time off.. So...
