  1. To be fair, on a card that has to be balanced, having Triple H work the chinlock fest on Sting is not a bad idea since Sting is probably as good as 4/5th of the roster at working from underneath in a chinlock. Also, i wonder if that DX run in was booked before the Max Landis video.
  2. I can see Hunter arguing that he should go over because of the corporate tie in entrance.
  3. Yeah, that was a great finish.
  4. That back drop off the top felt pretty novel.
  5. The weirdest thing about that IC title match is that they had seven guys in there and past some bits of Ziggler calling Bryan a turd, I don't think that any of them really had an issue with each other. Also, why the heck did Rollins just do a backflip?
  6. I would have liked Harper or Ambrose being the guy up there with him at the end more. I don't entirely buy Ziggler in that role.
  7. I'm not entirely with Parv but I do think I've hit the point that I don't get excited for these trainwreck gimmick spotfests. There's not a ton of room for storytelling here and it's just watching one car crash spot after the next while they cycle the next guy in.
  8. We need no spoilers on wrestlemania night. We shall stay strong.
  9. At the least they should have had Miz cost him it, even if he did so a minute or two before it really ended if you didn't want it to play into the finish if they really felt like they needed Show to look good.
  10. Do they need Show to be a challenger for Reigns in April or something? Because that physically hurt me.
  11. I liked Riley trying to get Mizdow to go free.
  12. There's a fine line between fun and tedious and overchoreographed, and that thing was straddling it like crazy.
  13. Larry's said that Bruno encouraged him to.
  14. Next I want Pete to book Australia in 83.
  15. I want to make a chart with four quadrants on Monday. Someone hold me to it
  16. I've been dusty pretty much off and on since Larry. I am a lightweight.
  17. Can you guys feud on twitter already.

  19. The most important thing to remember about the victory roll is that it's how Bret beat Bigelow to win KOTR.
  20. I don't think they necessarily booked themselves into a corner where they had to resign Brock. If they really put over Reigns strong on Sunday, then on some level that would have transferred at least some of the value of Brock beating taker and his reign onto Reigns. Hell, they could have had Taker come out to "pass the torch" after the match and bring it all full circle. It wouldn't have been perfect, but it would have at least partially worked.

I'd kind of get a kick out of a Brock/Rock two man part time power trip stable.
  22. I think they can pull things off with the secondary belts. No, let me rephrase that: I think it's possible to pull things off with the secondary belts. Cena on Raw with the US belt. Bryan on Smackdown with the IC belt. I don't think they could manage it with three dozen more writers on the staff.
  23. Rollins cashes in to insert himself into the match. Ambrose comes out to screw him. They work together to screw Brock. Rollins decides that he can't beat Brock and that he'd rather be the architect of the championship. Ambrose is just nuts. It'd as good as anything they actually will do.
  24. I feel better about things now.

What?! That seems random as hell. What am I missing? I don't remember there ever being a great friendship between them, either on or off-screen (Foley's books, etc.). Did they really have a match together in TNA?
