AEW is the absolute greatest shit ever, I can’t be convinced otherwise. If All In is as good as it’s shaping up to be, they’ll have had a 6 month all-timer run. Tonight’s show was about as perfect a show you could run in Arena Mexico. Like, AEW has to have earned itself a lifetime of annual shows in there now. Danielson showing up at the ROH tapings instead of on Dynamite is peak-Danielson but I presume he’s testing the waters for whatever he’s about to do at All In

I’ve noticed that AEW shows tend to have people buying tickets late on after slow initial uptake. Seems like it’s a case of people waiting for matches to be announced before taking the plunge.

What a ridiculously good four hours that was. Not only do they have a stacked roster, nearly everyone on it is firing on all cylinders and making everything work. Not to mention, The Workhorsemen are back and finally getting featured! I hope they stick around properly after their competitive loss to Bill and Keith. They could have absolutely great matches with every single team on the roster

That’s what I mean. They’ve let workers come in and keep their names and they’re changing Mariah’s? Just seems strange. Especially considering she’s the one coming in with a ton of buzz following the Toni feud

Mariah May is so much a better name than that, what was the reason she couldn’t just be Mariah May? AEW copyrighting names now? She could have even went Mariah Monroe and kept the alliteration

I think Danielson will be at All In and will play some role in the main event. I could see Darby returning if they do a Casino Gauntlet too

Just wait and see where AEW does a strong gate next and make the guess based on that

I got so happy at the idea of Slim J vs Mortos that I almost missed Adam Priest and Mad Dog Connelly in a Dog Collar match. What a fantastic looking card

The promo hype for AAA Triplemania, which sees WWE and TNA involvement, mentions that the three promotions will compete for BRAGGING RIGHTS. WWE is in charge alright

It can’t be overstated how much that AEW running different looking arenas is helping these shows feel like an actual alternative again. A small building packed to the rafters and lit brightly is so much better than a larger, half empty building with half the crowd in darkness too.

You’ll get Matt Jackson gurning his way through a promo filled with Bullet Club references and you’ll like it

Yeah, I’m not too sure AEW need to pick up too many WWE releases at this point since they have a lot of workers who people are wanting to see them do more with. Obviously, someone like Balor feels like a no-brainer but I don’t see a lot of workers who could be on the chopping block that they’d go for. Then again, I wasn’t really sure they needed Ricochet but I had no idea he had this heel run in him so what do I know? I’d much rather they keep using all the luchadors on ROH and cherry pick the best of those
