Loss
Bret does a quick interview about taking on all comers, and tells Flair he has to beat The Man to be The Man again.
shoe
It's a shame they really didn't have a true vision for Hart as champ. Still Flair is # 1 on the list.
Kevin Ridge
It seemed like Bret was during the mid 90's was always involved in multiple feuds at the same time. There was Michaels/Flair, Flair/Ramon, Owen/Diesel, Backlund/Diesel with Lawler on the side 93-95.
PeteF3
The "fighting champion" gimmick was a unique way to push Bret, but at the time there was certainly a perceived star power drop-off from Flair/Savage to Bret/Shawn. WingedEagle
Hart interview with matches coming up against Papa Shango and Flair. I like the idea of him taking on all comers, but this wasn't exactly a murderer's row of challengers. Imagine if Watts had done this with Simmons facing off against Rude, Vader, Jake, Windham and others instead of the Barbarian.
garretta
Bret was very good here. He's not an elite talker like Flair is, but he's no slouch either. He's just different. I like the multiple feuds at once idea, which is a stark departure from the days of Hogan only feuding with one guy at a time so as not to confuse the poor little Hulksters. Maybe we're in for a slightly more mature WWF, though I'm not exactly holding my breath. I loved Bret using Flair's signature line back on him. Who else thinks that Flair didn't exactly care for that? I only had time for a quick look at Graham's site and couldn't find out, so maybe one of you will know: What's Joe the Interviewer's last name? Beast
Joe Aiello, known as Joe Bevens in WWF.

One event center I just saw has Flair saying he always says "To be the man, you've got to beat the man and Bret beat me so I guess he's the man now. But can you beat me again!"
