The Board of Directors vote on whether they should reinstate Flair. The board members are:

 

* Gary Juster, who thinks Flair should honor his word

* Tatiana De Paz of Spain, who also thinks Flair should honor his word

* Dieter Krap of Germany, who thinks Flair should be reinstated

* Kensuke Ishikawa (Sonny Onoo) of Japan, who says HAI

* Christine LeBlance of France, who abstains

 

This makes the decision a tie, so at this point, Flair is not reinstated to WCW. Based on Sonny Onoo's name being gimmicked, I'm assuming the others are too, which makes this whole segment absolutely hilarious.

It's like the working group for Ted's scrapped building in How I Met Your Mother, where they got the lunch lady etc.

Holy shit this is pretty funny ! Sonny Onoo ! A fake French woman (and believe me, I heard her talk despite the voice over translation, she's not French !) who abstains (a way to surrender I guess) ! Ah ah ah !

Say what you like about WCW from this era, but some of these segments are comedy gold. Having everyone answer in their native tongue made it even funnier.

Bockwinkel is either fluent in all of these languages or he can magically hear the post-production translator voiceovers.

 

Flair follows with a paid advertisement, the intro to which is hilarious (in the intentional way). Flair is standing by with "Magenta" and skirting the line between the Styler and Profiler and Crazy Flair.
