Loss Posted December 27, 2011 Author Report Posted December 27, 2011 Cornette is back with the Bodies and all is right in the world. Did they ever explain how the Bodies were able to come back in after losing a Loser Leaves Town match? Cornette is cutting quite the promo when the Thugz run in and attack Pritchard, going after his leg. Robert Gibson tries to split things up in only his underwear, which is not really something anyone needed to see.
Cox Posted December 27, 2011 Report Posted December 27, 2011 I believe they were reinstated for the Gangstas feud, but the reason they gave for not coming back during that feud was WWF commitments.
Loss Posted December 27, 2011 Author Report Posted December 27, 2011 But why was Cornette allowed to keep bringing them back if they lost a loser leaves town match?
Cox Posted December 27, 2011 Report Posted December 27, 2011 Bob Armstrong reinstated them, so I guess from a storyline perspective, they were allowed to come back.
Tim Evans Posted July 13, 2012 Report Posted July 13, 2012 Yeah I think the bodies were brought back because the Gangstas couldn't be stopped and the Bodies were the last choice. I guess after that, they didn't care and just brought them back. Robert Gibson in a speedo is traumatizing.
El-P Posted January 22, 2013 Report Posted January 22, 2013 Cornette asked for a favour to Bob Armstrong during the Gangsta feud, hence the Bodies allowed to come back. Cornette seems to be more fired up than ever whenever he's back with the Bodies. Oh man, Robert Gibson... that wasn't a bright idea...
PeteF3 Posted November 4, 2014 Report Posted November 4, 2014 Cornette rants as only he can. He's drunk with power now that the Bodies are double tag champions. The THUGs interrupt and lay the Bodies out with wooden boards! First they busted up Del Ray's forehead, then the White Boy goes to town on Prichard's leg. Robert Gibson in underwear...yeah, okay, there's attempted realism and verisimilitude and then there's taking things too far.
