Loss Posted November 1, 2012 Author Report Posted November 1, 2012 Oof, this was supposed to be the alternate version of the rap that also aired during this show, but it's a repeat of the one from before. Quote
Kevin Ridge Posted November 9, 2012 Report Posted November 9, 2012 Yeah, I wasn't sure what was the difference here. Quote
Cox Posted November 21, 2012 Report Posted November 21, 2012 Awww I was looking forward to the remix. Quote
Loss Posted January 18, 2013 Author Report Posted January 18, 2013 This is what should have been here, just so we're clear: Â Quote
Laney Posted May 16, 2013 Report Posted May 16, 2013 I actually like this more than the first ad. The song isn't as corny though. It gave a nice rundown of the card and a Tim and Eric like lip sync of "Wild Thing" using Flair and Sting at the end. Quote
garretta Posted December 6, 2014 Report Posted December 6, 2014 A little better than the last one because it actually hypes the card. Â What did they mean by Sting being a "dream of etymology"? I'm guessing they just needed a rhyme for "biology". Quote
Hawkeye12 Posted January 23, 2015 Report Posted January 23, 2015 Entomology is the study of insects, so they shoehorned the scorpion image in there. Quote
PeteF3 Posted January 24, 2015 Report Posted January 24, 2015 Of course, scorpions aren't insects, they're arachnids. Quote
Hawkeye12 Posted January 24, 2015 Report Posted January 24, 2015 It's generally come to encompass the study of insects, arachnids, worms, slugs, and pretty much anything of that nature. Arachnology would be the more accurate choice of words for spiders or scorpions. I enjoy that wrestling related discussions can go it all sorts of directions you would never expect lol! That said, I enjoy this rap version the best and while that Flair-Luger match is my favorite ever between them, Lex vs. Dr Death would've definitely been interesting. Quote
tjones324 Posted October 25, 2015 Report Posted October 25, 2015 Of course, scorpions aren't insects, they're arachnids. We did cover arachnids in my entomology class in college, so I guess it CAN fit in there (the joys of a conservation degree). Anyway, I got a good enough laugh out of this rap. Quote
drew wardlaw Posted November 10, 2015 Report Posted November 10, 2015 Are we still a year out from PN News? I reckon PN collaborated with the same producer for some of his freestyles. Quote
GSR Posted December 2, 2016 Report Posted December 2, 2016 Again not great, but at least this was better than the first one! Quote
