Loss
Fuller literally doesn't complete a sentence before Richard Lee is out to ask him what it's going to take for him to learn his lesson. Fuller immediately socks him and drags him around by his tie. The Moondogs finally save their poor manager and I'm surprised but happy that they didn't go for the attack, as it's time to make Fuller strong again. He cuts yet another great promo. If he had been around and more prominently featured all year, he'd be in the running for best on interviews.
Kevin Ridge
Suddenly it feels like the Tag Titles are the top feud in Memphis. Fuller is back and he tries to strangle Richard Lee by his tie.
PeteF3
Richard Lee is immediately out to interrupt Fuller's promo and immediately gets decked. Fuller chokes him out by the necktie (no more firing jokes, I'm done) and gets a measure of payback by hanging him from the ring ropes. The Moondogs are out but their only concern is rescuing their master. Really good segment that's the first sign of weakness shown by the Moondogs tandem. soup23
We waste no time here as Lee first interrupts and then Fuller decks him and drags him by their tie. The moondogs make the save and in a rare move they cut their loses and escape. That was a nice change of pace from the past few weeks. Fuller cuts another great promo with his cowboy hat o talking about growing up in a barn. Fuller's promos are amazing.
garretta
We don't often see a heel interrupt an interview and get decked for his trouble with no preamble whatsoever, but it happens here. I'm guessing that the footage Fuller's so steamed about is from the week before, which I'll get to soon. When I first saw Fuller as a face, I was wondering how he'd pull it off, since he was so good as the big blustering heel with a hint of sleaze. Well, it's a shame he's in a territory with hometown legends like Lawler and Dundee and young stars like Jeff, because he'd be one of the top faces in quite a few other territories. He promises a buttkicking and delivers like few others I've seen, and he and Jeff make a better team than I ever dreamed they would. It's too bad in a way that he's going heel again in SMW (even though he's great at it), but at least we have a couple of matches with him and Jeff against the Dogs in January before he leaves and Lawler takes his place in the feud. dawho5
Fuller decking Lee was a markout moment for sure. The tie choking was awesome and that promo was such a great fired-up babyface promo. When Fuller leaves I'll be sad he's not cutting these kinds of promos on the Moondogs, but as long as he has promos that make tape and are on my TV I'll be okay.
