Loss
Same concept as the IWA Mid South thread. I honestly had no idea what type of promotion this was until I started researching it last night. I figured it was another serious ROH-style fed. If anything, it's so strong in the opposite direction that it makes IWA Mid South look like ROH. Seems very dark and awesome. From 2000-2003, what is the key stuff that needs to make a yearbook? I was able to do 2004 since the Torch Archives had a really, really good recap/review guy who caught every single Wildside show that year, although if someone wants to recommend something specific, I can cross-check to make sure I got it. Troy
NWA Wildside was awesome and a compilation of it would be great. Larry Goodman did write-ups for every show and they were great too. I'd feature all the usual suspects from each year and include all the big matches from the big shows mixed in with hidden gems from TV and promos from Jeff G. Bailey
Loss
Do you know if the Larry Goodman reviews are archived anywhere except the Torch? I agree that they're great, but I could only find 2004 and a partial 2003 there. Also, I don't even really know enough about NWA Wildside to know what the usual suspects are in terms of good matches. Is there a good resource out there?
Troy
I can't find them. KrisZ
NWA Wildside at it's peak was maybe the best indy promotion in the country. Great storylines and Jeff G. Bailey as a GOD. Anything with Jason Cross & AJ Styles in the same match was guaranteed money.
Herodes
Basically you need Jeff G Bailey promos if nothing else
Phil Schneider
Also all of the Shank promos and the Romeo Bliss promo where he talks about getting the rats high heel shoe up his ass
shoe
I loved Wildside. A lot of really good workers up and down the card. Some of them didn't look like stars but had really good matches. Jeff G Bailey might be the greatest manager that never made it on the national scene.
Bix
Is Jeff G. Bailey's (then?-)girlfriend still around? She used to sell/trade a bunch of unedited (and maybe some completely unaired?) Wildside stuff. I specifically remember the Briscoes match as being something where she had a much longer version than what aired on TV, as well as matches where blown spots got edited out. Do we know anyone who bought tapes from her?
Dylan Waco
No clue about that, but Bailey is still around and working Anarchy regularly.

Troy
Behrens has any footage you need to make a comp. Maybe kinda pricey but I'd be willing to chip in if you want to make it work
Smack2k
They had a site a while back that had all their episodes on it, each for a small fee you could download....they had some big shows on there as well....but I stupidly deleted the big ones..I had 4 or 5 of them...not sure if still available or not.... rzombie1988
Anyone have any memories of Bobby 2 Badd? I only saw him once but his name interested me. Wildside aired for maybe 1 or 2 whole shows here around 2003-2004ish on local TV. I remember Onyx and The Rainbow Express working some kind of ladder match or at least challenging for one. JazeUSA
Ron Killings & A.J. Styles had some awesome matches there, I think they had a ladder match that was tremendous..
