Loss
Last few minutes. Weird to see Undertaker work face in peril. He was so much more interesting when he was vulnerable. They are speculating over who will join the NOD. Ross throws out Butch Reed and JYD as possibilities. Did Kama really just pin Undertaker? Ahmed ends up turning on Undertaker in a very telegraphed angle that pretty much killed him in the WWF. Fans seem to know where this is going before it even happens. This angle is embarrassing. Zenjo
I'm not sure if anyone lower ranked than Kama ever clean pinned the Undertaker.
Kevin Ridge
Kama has just joined the NOD and they are teasing another member also. JR throws out guys like Mr. Hughes, Butch Reed and Abdullah the Butcher! Kama pins Undertaker! What! This was pretty close to clean too. Ahmed turns on Undertaker and joins up with Faarooq who he has been feuding with for almost a year. I still can't get over WWF Champion Undertaker losing like that. soup23
Couldn't believe all the names Ross was throwing out. Kama pinning Taker feels like the step brother of the Arn pins Hogan story. Ahmed turns heel to not much reaction and the NOD celebrates on the ramp. I do like the NOD theme a ton but I have no idea where this could lead from Taker's standpoint. BackToBionic
More baffling NOD member: Ahmed or Crush?
(BP)
Crush as white prison convert to the Nation was a creative idea. Ahmed was baffling.
PeteF3
A hyped mystery partner that turns out to be Kama. Speculation on the 3rd Nation member ranging from Mr. Hughes (?) to Butch Reed (okay) to Abdullah the Butcher (!!!) to the Junkyard Dog (?!?!). Undertaker working face-in-peril. Kama PINNING UNDERTAKER CLEAN WITH A ROCK BOTTOM. Ahmed turning on Undertaker afterward and joining the man he'd spent the last year feuding with. Ross sort of shitting on Ahmed basically calling him out for being a pussy, which I don't think is a very effective way of getting a guy like Ahmed over. What a totally bizarre segment on almost all levels.
Exposer
Taker practically gets squashed here. Ahmed isn't a fan of Paul Bearer & shoves him to the floor. He's been acting strange all night looking more angry than usual. Vince & JR speculating who the 2nd newest member of The Nation could be bringing up a bunch of other black wrestlers was amusing. Taker gets a little bit of offense in this but ends up getting pinned by Kama of all people. Taker wasn't the best booked WWF champion even if I like a good bit of this run. Ahmed runs The Nation off from a post-match attack on Taker. He stares menacingly into space for a moment, helps Taker up, & drops him with the Pearl River Plunge. They freak out when Ahmed marches up the ramp & finally he stands with The Nation & raises his arm up signaling that he's the new member. Interesting angle, but one that doesn't make sense & is pretty much derailed anyways by another Ahmed injury if I'm not mistaken shorty after this. The fans didn't seem to care either. Ahmed fell pretty far in a year.
