Loss Posted August 25, 2013 Author Report Posted August 25, 2013 Kevin Nash has a sudden injury and is in a wheelchair to avoid The Giant's wrath. Nash is furious that anyone would think he was a Sting impostor last night. This is funny. "I would never stoop so low as to attack another combatant from behind." They officially announce that Konnan has joined the NWO. Nash says even when he looks like Larry Flynt, he is just too sweet to close things out.
Kevin Ridge Posted September 15, 2013 Report Posted September 15, 2013 So Nash is already ducking The Giant in July? He arises from his wheelchair to cut a short promo. Konnan has now joined the NWO. Chono just hangs out in the back.
soup23 Posted November 18, 2013 Report Posted November 18, 2013 Nash in a wheelchair claiming injury feels cheap but works because of the way they ham it up. Nash is great laughing and carrying on in the role. We also have Muto/Chono in the background. Dibiase has quietly erased from the screen.
El-P Posted July 11, 2014 Report Posted July 11, 2014 Konnan finally joigns the nWo. Yawn. Kevin Nash ducking the Giant this early seems to indicate the product will finally begin to drag. And this is a segment where Nash thinks he's funnier than he actually is.
PeteF3 Posted November 13, 2015 Report Posted November 13, 2015 Yeah, between this and the Nitro Girls and some other warning signs in previous weeks, I wonder if Bash at the Beach was sort of WCW's '97 peak and the company's collective ego is finally starting to outgrow itself. Could be premature--we'll wait and see. Masahiro Chono and Great Muta join us as NWO B-teamers. Bischoff is aghast at the suggestion that Nash was a Sting imposter last night--God knows who's suggesting it, because the announcers certainly weren't. This isn't really one of the great insincere heel wrestling promos. Konnan is the newest member of the NWO, speaking of B-teamers.
