I love how they make fun of WCW being in such a cheap building in Smyrna, as they had moved out of CNN Center at this point.

 

Later, they go to CNN Center and the footage isn't nearly as "shocking" as Jim Ross promised. although this was a big moment.

That building did look awful and run down.

 

I thought this was a cool with them in the CNN Center as you can sense a lot of unease with security and other people at DX's being present. Much more cutting edge feeling than Bischoff challenging Vince.

I always cracked up at the scene where HHH is talking with the old ladies, and Billy pops in and says that those are the chicks that HHH gets.

Of course, the magic of Google Earth has since told us that the building itself notwithstanding, the area around Titan Tower in Stamford isn't much better. Kind of a coup getting employees or tourists or whatever to do the crotch chop in CNN Center. That closing shot of CNN Center blowing up has sadly aged pretty poorly.

All I could think of is how the affect of the CNN blowing up looks like something out of an AVGN episode.
