goodhelmet Posted June 20, 2014 Report Posted June 20, 2014 http://memphiswrestlinghistory.com/mwh1977.html Just recieved my copy in the mail the other day and I am hooked. I loved the 1982 book and it may be my favorite book ever. Well the 1977 book is just as entertaining so far and you get the added history of the breakup between Jarrett and Gulas. I noticed Eric Ritz and I were high dollar kickstarter contributors so look for our names in the credits. If you enjoyed the 1982 book, 1977 is a must have. Quote
WingedEagle Posted June 20, 2014 Report Posted June 20, 2014 I always thought this looked awesome but never got around to buying it. Are there any photos of pages within the book? Curious just how everything is laid out. Quote
Loss Posted June 20, 2014 Report Posted June 20, 2014 For some reason, I thought the 1982 book was just ring results. There's more in it than that? Quote
DR Ackermann Posted June 20, 2014 Report Posted June 20, 2014 It breaks down all the feuds and behind the scenes stuff for every month along with comments from the wrestlers about what happened. There are also programs and schedules for each show. Quote
goodhelmet Posted June 21, 2014 Author Report Posted June 21, 2014 1982 is the most in depth look at a year in a promotion that any book has ever attempted. 1977 may equal or surpass that. Quote
cheapshot Posted June 21, 2014 Report Posted June 21, 2014 I have a few Mark James book, including the 70's results and the 1982 books. They're all great and I highly recommend them. Quote
