Last few minutes. As was customary at the time, Debra gets on the apron and shows off her boobs to distract Jarrett and Owen's opponents. The Blue Blazer runs in (while Owen is in the ring) and hits Shamrock with a guitar, giving Owen and Jarrett the win and tag titles.

Russo really proceeded to make every title a joke by this point. Debra's boobs were the only way they managed to get some reactions during Jarrett's matches. Poor guy.

Koko B Ware as the Blue Blazer. What the hell Russo? I was a fan of Debra at the time so this wasn't bad.

Debra shows her assets and we now know what the B. stands for with Koko. Jarrett and Owen win the tag straps.

Title change #1 of 15 in the books. Neither Owen or JJ looked quite sure how to celebrate after the victory. They were probably wondering something along the lines of:

 

'What is this tag team's dynamic?'

'How should I be acting towards my tag partner?'

 

Not an ideal situation for your tag team champions. They would go on to have the longest title reign of the year at a whopping 64 days.

Shamrock and Boss Man had been given saltpeter before the bout which supposedly would make them immune from Debra's advances, but not immunity from Koko B. Ware running in dressed as the Blue Blazer and walloping Shamrock with the guitar, to give Owen & Jarrett the tag titles, an angle and finish lifted from the famous Fabulous Kangaroos-Miller Brothers match of 1957.
