Grimmas Posted August 15, 2014 Report Posted August 15, 2014 A super fun show this week, check it out on iTunes and soundcloud. So much insight and jokes, plus stay around till after the final ad for a great Johnny Sorrow impersonation.
Johnny Sorrow Posted August 16, 2014 Report Posted August 16, 2014 This was a ton of fun to do. Besides talking about Magnum we discuss Tully, Nikita, Wahoo and the Crockett and Watts territories. And I give my personal garuntee that you will laugh your ass off or your money back!
shoe Posted August 16, 2014 Report Posted August 16, 2014 Started listening to this and am loving KrisZ history pieces. One thing on the Wrestling 2/JYD finish I always heard that business was hurt short term because the finish was botched so bad it looked like JYD took a dive.
KrisZ Posted August 16, 2014 Report Posted August 16, 2014 Yeah it really hurt even though they did do some good business afterwards. Johnny cracked me up quite a few times on this and his Nikita is as good as anyone's ever.
JerryvonKramer Posted August 18, 2014 Report Posted August 18, 2014 Kris Z and Johnny compliment each other really well on this show. Always learn at least one new thing with Zellner on a show. Johnny's explanation of the entire Magnum vs. Tully feud is fantastic. Also had to laugh at Steven's "there's no one as manly as that in wrestling today ... or on earth!" Amazing, lol.
DR Ackermann Posted August 19, 2014 Report Posted August 19, 2014 The I Quit match was discussed in the "Matches you must love. But don't." thread and I was one of the people that was down on it. I haven't finished the podcast yet but after listening to you guys talk about it I finally went back and watched it again. I was so wrong on that match. It was excellent.

My absolute favorite match ever.

robertsilva Posted August 22, 2014 Report Posted August 22, 2014 Johnny's recap of the I Quit match was both unbelievably passionate and hilarious at the same time. Yes, it is one of the ten greatest matches of all time.
Karl Posted September 20, 2014 Report Posted September 20, 2014 Is this still available? Missed the episode first time around and wont download from itunes.
Johnny Sorrow Posted September 21, 2014 Report Posted September 21, 2014 It seems to not be available on soundcloud or Place To Be Nation. I think you need to subscribe under podcasts to PTBN-PWO
Karl Posted September 21, 2014 Report Posted September 21, 2014 I subbed to that already...its not showing on the list of previous episodes. Dag nammit.
Grimmas Posted September 21, 2014 Author Report Posted September 21, 2014 It will be up soon. Old episodes are slowly being put up. The computer that one is on is currently in shop. The moment I get it back, I will upload that one. Hopefully tomorrow.
JerryvonKramer Posted September 21, 2014 Report Posted September 21, 2014 The rate of "Classics" being released was curbed because Johnny complained about them.
Johnny Sorrow Posted December 27, 2014 Report Posted December 27, 2014 And yeah, I heard on some show recently, it was probably Magnum on the JR pod, that the Magnum/ Jimmy Garvin feud was meant to be a program to cool him off for a bit so that when he came back up to face Flair he'd reignite. Ebbs and flows, makes perfect sense.
