soup23
Dream Matches was a fun segment that can be revisited. Will talked about Brock vs. 81 Andre and referenced the Hansen match but damn if Brock vs. Hansen wouldn't also be incredible. The Demolition debate feels like my own version of Groundhog Day. goodhelmet
Brock vs. Hansen would be incredible. Didn't even think of it. I am so over the Demolition debate. I don't feel like I put my heart into shitting on them.

The Chief
The best Darsow gimmick was his identity crises gimmick in 1999 WCW
goodhelmet
Oh christ... what was that about.
Zoo Enthusiast
I really need to catch up on these.
The Chief
Oh christ... what was that about. I forgot why, but for some reason he started believing he was all of his old non WWE gimmicks. One week he was Kruschev, the next he was The Bully. I think it was just on Worldwide so maybe six people saw it.
Bierschwale
It was September '99 from some random looking around. It's worth pointing out that the "Stewart Pain" thing was dropped way before Payne Stewart actually died and that Darsow only worked like two more matches after that, so he was already into the DID gimmick. I figure that it was just a cease-and-desist that forced a name change. So JT gave WCW undue credit for having basic decency there. I really want a "take my money" segment where random matches that actually did happen and seem kind of insane get submitted and are then judged by the patented "just take my money" system. Beast
Demolition was good. I'm another kid who A) Didn't realize or care they were influenced by the Road Warriors and Thought Smash was the more exciting member of the team. Great promos. Barry Darsow in general was fine. I like the Krusher Kruschev angle and run a lot as well. Repo Man was a goof, but like the Berzerker, filled a spot in cartoony '92 WWF. Too much hyperbole Will. It's almost like Darsow took a crap in your yard or something.
goodhelmet
How many hours can you watch wrestling and feel like it was wasted because the guy on your screen sucks so bad that it makes you not want to invest time in wrestling? Three guys make me feel that way... Barry Darsow, Don Muraco and Davey Richards. I won't apologize for that.
Matt D
Berzerker is one of the best guys on the 92 WWF roster.
peachchaos
Did anyone else think Darsow was playing Doink at first when the gimmick debuted in 1993? It seemed like anytime my friends and I saw Doink wrestle, we were trying to figure out who was under the paint. Since Darsow wore face paint as Smash (and we all knew he was Repo Man) it seemed very likely. Throw in the fact that he was feuding with Crush and we thought we had it locked down. Years later I think we're all grateful that is was Borne working the gimmick. Good god. I can't even imagine a Crush vs. Darsow match. I will say Darsow had some really great tags against the Rock N Roll Express and The Rockers where he could blend in and that's about it.
