goc Posted October 13, 2016 Report Share Posted October 13, 2016 I personally love the shorter PPV times, but they need to be the norm. They're not. Raw's last PPV went long, which in WWE's world means "epic." Therefore, for the second PPV in a row, Smackdown looks like a second-class citizen.
