Since I am still 2 over - I will drop Buddy Lee Parker and Lt. James Earl and have all my loan people on my roster and not take up any space anywhere else.

You are not over at all as the roster cap is 65.  We did away with the 60 wrestlers and 5 managers rule and adjusted it to 65 total talent.  You can have more than 5 managers or more than 60 wrestlers as long as the total is not over 65 so keep Parker and Earl for now.
