I don't know how you guys paid so much for PPV for such a long time. I've don't think I've ever seen a PPV event in the UK above £15, which is probably around $20. Just a different TV culture I guess.

High priced boxing events setting the price standard for PPV, followed by WWF and WCW inching it up bit by bit over the years.
